What happened to the microwave kid's mom? Did they kill her, or just leave her there?

 

I have no idea. I was going to say that she was left behind because the microwave kid said he couldn't stay with her anymore, but I can't see Sylar letting her live. Hmm.

Anyway, I liked the episode. Sylar's scenes were definitely the best and I hope that the microwave kid won't go emo in the future. That's always annoying. Though I couldn't help but notice that Claire escaped nearly three times in this episode and always got caught.

I'm also wondering how the 'rebel' got Claire's cell phone number.

 

Probably the same way everyone seems to know she's a cheerleader when she's only done it for half a semester; Magic.

 

Bet'ya the Rebel is either Micah or Wireless. In fact, it could very well be Wireless, as she has reason to hate HRG and exists only on the internet. Hmmm.

Well, my thoughts about Peter were confirmed I guess, of course if Hiro can get his power back then Peter likely could as well. Still, I'm loving the element of "lets take the fight to them." But Peter should have shot Nathan while he had the chance.

 

Sylar had already spared his uncle who left him with that crazy Mrs. Gray. I don't see why he would not spare her. When he said that it was unusual to spare the boy he meant it was unusual for him to spare someone with a power, it is not unusual for him to spare a normal.

 

They need to have Claire get caught and put in a cell like they did with Adam Monroe.

Also what happened to some of the other characters? Monica Dawson - Maya Herrera - Micah Sanders - Claude Rains

 

Good Episode this week. I know the melting power kid is annoying but for some reason I like him, and I'm glad he's sticking around. I loled at the fact that the other kid's power is that he can breathe underwater, Worst power ever. Seems like next week we'll get to learn more about Noah, the fucking quadro-crossing mystery.

 

In the middle of watching it at the moment, and I just have to say: Lol, Heatkid got owned. Don't trust Sylar.

Oh, I definitely liked this episode, though I found the subplot with Hiro and Ando annoying. I was also completely shocked when Sylar rescued Luke; didn't see it coming at all. I like the Alex kid and I have to agree with Anlun: worst power ever.

I'm looking forward to next week's episode and I can't wait to see what Peter and the gang have in store for Noah.

 

I don't like how Sylar was getting so reminiscent with the kid... I mean, it just doesn't fit him. But at least he's not having more ethical crises.

That guy's power being some kind of lung adaptation made me lol. There was some preview earlier with Claire asking him about his ability, and they hyped it up to be more important than that.

Hiro seemed a bit too whiny. Can't they get him to be more like the Future Hiro from season one, finally? Just a little? And that whole subplot with the marriage just seemed tacked on, or too rushed.

Speaking of season one, I've been watching parts of it over again recently, and everything from 'How To Stop An Exploding Man' onward has just been shit. Someone needs to try out Big D's idea, or something, and write a decent AU fic. I would give it a go, if I didn't have this habit of fucking up everything I try. >_>

 

I think this season has potential, but the writing is just taking its time. It's building up. Season one was like that too, with the whole "Save the cheerleader" plot-line. Hiro's whininess didn't bother since I would probably be the same if one minute I'm master of time and space, and the next minute Im back to nerdy billionaire tycoon... Oh wait he can be Batman.

Claire's story line is the most annoying for me. It's too emo, and cheesy dialogue

Example:
"Claire do you have any idea what would happen if they think I can't control you"

"Thing is Dad..." (annoying beady eyes look) "you can't control me" (slow walk away)

Someone should just tell her that her power flat out sucks for being useful, besides using her blood to heal people.

 

All anyone would have to do to get away from Claire is walk. She is a big talker but she cant really do anything except be a human shield and use her blood to heal people.
She also never uses her blood for any good. Go to the Red Cross for christ sake. Fill several pints of blood save some babies and really sick people. Go to the Hospital and put your blood in people(Burn/Cancer/Aids/ Trauma)

Hiro needs to aceppt that he can only be a normal hero and not a superhero. The whinning has got to stop.
"I need to be a hero! Why didnt you let her get hurt so i could be a hero"

Ando needs to find someway to use his power to fight. The light show is nice but dangerous right now.

If "Rebal" was Micah, i think no one would be in danger. He would make the Facial recognition system clunk out.

 

I wish Claire would start carrying around a syringe or something, just so she can actually be useful to other people.

 

I wish HRG would just snap and kill this whiny, useless cunt.

 

Rebel is probably that comp chick that can connect to comps with her mind. Micah is too childish to be Rebel, and I don't think he knows who Claire is, or has any connection to the characters. Comp Chick knows all about the Company and she can connect to any comp so she knows who the Agency (lol don't know the name) is going after, and can warn people ahead of time. Although there does seem to be some element of clairvoyance involved with Rebel.

 

Who is the Comp chick and who is Wireless? Were they in some EU or did i just miss them.

The only person in the show that has Technopathy is Micah Sanders.

 

Comp chick/Wireless is Hana Gittelman, who was a character, briefly, in season one. More about her was learned through the graphic novels.

I originally thought that 'Rebel' was Micah and Molly, working together, but now that I think about it, it's probably going to be a new character, maybe someone that's working for Nathan, but is secretly betraying him.

 

Yeah if it's not Wireless it's probably someone new, someone with clairvoyance. I also think we've seen the last of Micah, and that New Orleans chick with muscle mimicry. I think the show has eliminated all side Heroes and is now focusing on the main ones.

 

I agree, but the writers have left the doors open so if it needs be they can still get one of the side heroes back for a episode or two.
