Right. I'm not sure if it's ever stated why the 3 are considered unforgivable, but it's always been my headcanon that the mindset needed to cast is the reason and not the outcome.

That, or because they're unblockable (great feature in the game though lol)

Best outfit is the Relic House Cloak, and it's not close. At least for Ravenclaw this is the case, though I don't doubt the variants for the other houses are equally great.

Btw I'm totally ignoring all the school robes unlike you nerds. I'm definitely going for the Sirius Black drip.

Devastated there isn't a velvet tailored blazer yet

The lesson scenes have extreme anime protag energy when it pans past all your peers, and then there's the MC in the background in their Dark Arts outfit complete with skull mask.

lmao. A part of me wanted the others to be less bland but I get that people want it to feel like Hogwarts - maybe the compromise is to auto change your outfit to school robes for the classes? Then everyone else can be more interesting designwise outside of them.

There's a few really cool outfits, but unfortunately most of the really crisp suits look ridiculous on a 15 y/o and even more so a student running around Hogwarts. Thankfully there's a lot of variety to go around when it comes to school uniforms.

And wearing the school uniform running around the school and taking classes is the HP experience I wanted in the first place, so 10/10

Well, it is the best looking glasses design in the game. There are two variations, though. One with neutral lens, and one with a green tint. I'm using the green tint here.

My most commonly used outfit is actually the Depulso master set, though.

I typically have glasses, gloves and scarf set to invisible. And often also robe set to invisible so you can see the outfit properly.

I flip flop on the glasses often. I like that they're tinted and the shape, but the frames are a bit obnoxious. Change between them and just the regular rectangular ones.

I also sometimes wear the fur coat instead of the shopkeeper coat, especially when hunting poachers. I find it amusing.

Vicky looks like she has lots of cats.

@Clerith has major Sandman nightmare vibes.

Starting to think the lower right region needed to be something different. The highlands biome is starting to wear thin at this point and the activities even moreso.

Maybe it would feel less-so if the gear mattered more, to reward exploration.

I wouldn't have minded if instead of the entire lower right region we had a similar sized area elsewhere. Maybe even somewhere underground in Goblin territory - or expand Diagon Alley and the surrounding area? Unsure.

Is it possible to play this game different ways?
Like speccing into charisma, stealth, perception, scholarship, whatever, gives you different opportunities to complete quests?
Does the house you're sorted into gives you different quest paths and allies/rivals?

    Yes and no.

There are definitely specific combinations of spells, potions, Talents and gear traits that can be leveraged to deal absurd levels of damage thanks to multipliers which stack multiplicatively rather than additively. Essentially the goal is to beef up the damage of a single spell as much as possible, and then exploit that spell's synergy with other combat options. Somewhat like the fanon "spellchains".

But none of that is really necessary. And because you can unlock most talents and can access most traits, going down one of those routes is not necessarily mutually exclusive with also going down other routes - though you won't be able to do all of them in a single character, you will be able to do many of them.

    Edit: YouTube example

TLDR no. The RPG elements are somewhat minimal and very surface level. This is far from being Skyrim in Scotland.
