I found out about dlp around 8 years ago when I originally started reading FanFiction on ffn. It was only recently that I decided to actually join the community.

 

Was on reddit reading the definitive guide to Fanfiction by tusing and he happened to recommend this site

 

I think I first found DLP when I was looking through google to find some fics. I ignored it for a while until I stated noticing it being mentioned on various other sites that I frequent, at which point I remembered that at some time in the past I had made an account on here, and could make use of it.

 

I found out about DLP by trying to determine if an author I was reading was updating on another site or not, and I stumble across the website.

 

I Found this site by searching the internet and seeing it linked to from a website about PBP places.

 

DLP come up occasionally while chatting with friends on Rolz, Spacebattles, and Sufficient Velocity. So I decided to made an account because why not.

 

I found it when I was searching fanfics worth reading and after exploring for a bit I got interested in this website and here I am

 

I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the fanfic or the author, but DLP was constantly mentioned in their ANs in a rather awful way (looking back, I think the critique was probably justified, as I used to read some pretty terrible stuff back in the day). A quick Google search brought me here afterwards.

 

Found it years ago never got around to registration till now.

 

How i found DLP

Been a long time ago , but I believe that I was reading a story on fanfiction.net and author stated the best stories were to be found from DLP and that they weeded out most of the crap stories. That got my attention and I came a knockin...

 

I discovered this site while I was on fanfiction.net.

 

When reading reviews for the Santi's Harry Potter and the Boy Who Lived (great fic btw) someone mentioned that the remaining chapters were posted on the Dark Lord Potter Forms

 

I was looking for some good fanfic recommendations and I found DLP on google.

 

I first heard about DLP from reading The Santi's Boy Who Lived and wanting to read the rest that hadn't been published on ff.net.

Heard abour DLP from r/HPfanfiction on Reddit, though itseems like this site has a better taste in fanfiction.

 

Read some fic and googled it looking for its reviews and come across DLP.

 

I found it through the people who play mafia games on this site.

 

I found DLP ages ago through several authors both disparaging and praising DLP, but was more attracted because some of the stories I read were crap, and those authors hated DLP so of course it 'had' to be good! Been lurking for a bit, and decided to start posting.

 

Searched Google for dark Harry fics and came across DLP.
