Ok point taken about Voldy knowing about the diary than. so i retract my staement about that, howver the rest of my statement still stands.

Nagini: working
Voldemort: alive
'Puff's cup: working
the ring: gone
Something of Raven's or Gryff's: not known, presumably working

Out of 7, 3 are gone leaving 4. He knows only about the Diary, assuming he made one out of Bone's Death that means he has, now 5. There's still 2 he has no idea about. Why would he go through the trouble of replacing them even if he found out.

He'll not only have to find something to use as a Horcrux and going with his obsession with the founders a relic, hell have to spend more time protecting them and finding a hidng place.....thats just fucking retarted.

He, most likely, would just place more protections with the one's he has or switch the hiding places. No point in wasting time, when there's war to be waged....war in his mind anyways its really too small of people, but to him it's war.

He could use anything for a horocrux such as, his wand, lord rostrams shoe, or a used condom, it doesn't matter what he uses at this point, who would of thought he would use a snake. If i'm not mistaken and if i am than i apologize an advance for saying this but i don't think that it was mentioned anywhere in cannon that Voldeis pet snake is actually a horcrux.

Also your still assumeing that Volde has gone out and created another horcrux after discovering that the diary was destroyed. Now ASSUMEING that Voldemort DID create another horcrux after finding out about the diary he would have more than like used something that belonged to the founder's to create another one. yet NOWWHERE in book 6 does it mention that fact or even hint at it

For the love of Merlin. You are debating if Voldemort replaced his lost horcruxes. There is no proof in the books if he did it or not, so everyone is entailed to his/her own theory. No one is right or wrong. Some theories might be more likely than others but no one knows what the truth is. We will have to wait for book 7 to come out for that.

Because of that, there is no reason to get angry and behave like a 3 year old. And you are also behind a computer so don't take it personally.

I don't think that the dark scary tom could take over shit. Tom and has men don't give us non magic folks enough credit. I know the dark ones may have magic on their side but we have nuclear weapons and very nasty chemical weapons not to mention firearms now I understand that Mr. Riddle has some knowledge of our weaponry if you listen to the original books he despises anything not magical. In short I don't think he would be capable of taking over the world.

 

All thats needed to defeat firearms is an impervius charm applied before a fight, all thats needed to fight biological and chemical weapons a bubble head charm. Bombs and other technology don't work in highly magical areas. Magical is far superior to muggle in every way.

 

well getting back to the topic, it could work to destroy the horcruxes by useing muggle means once you get past the spell protections..

Yeah, most, if not all, authors make Voldemort out to be some sort of terrorist, rather than a mad genius bent on world domination.

 

You can't blame them. It's much easier to just label Voldemort as a psychotic killer than to try and work out a more sinister model for him. Rowling did this herself by portraying Voldemort as something of a terrorist.

Besides writing a truely dark genius is one of those, take one to get to know one kind of things. A sign of hidden darkness which might not be a good thing.
