I think we should have a RPG (role playing game) area. The only rules could be your character can't be a major character from the books and you can't ever run into one of them. The game could take place in Hogwarts and everything. I just wanted to know what everyone else thought about this idea. So, what do you all think?

 

I think it's an interesting idea that the admins should look into. Maybe a poll to see how many want it implemented.

 

I'm pretty sure that someone's brought this up before and it was turned down. I don't know why though.

Seriously though, I don't think this is a very good idea. It would just degenerate into sex, violence, typos and spam.

Plus it's a bit girly so Midknight will never agree to it.

It's something that I thought about a long time ago, and I'm all for it as long as I don't have to bugger anyone.. *shudder* seriously fandom gives me the creeps what the hell is wrong with some of those bloody folks.

it's been brought up before, and I was talking to Raven about this a few weeks ago as well. So long as ppl act like they have common sense and don't pull a "Continue the Story" it'll be allowed to live, and who knows, maybe thrive including admin run stuff.

 

An RPG? What a novel idea...should you be a thirteen year old girl with a figurative hardon for Daniel Radcliffe and Teflon.

It is good in theory but it will most likely crash and burn

Another point to mention is that it will most likely end up having a truckload of Gary Stus, Mary sues....





Also another point that i've found (since ive tried this once before) is that a lot of people don't want their characters.. to die...

Say for example that i roleplay as the Master Of Puppets.... their would be a lot of character deaths since i find it boring if no one gets killed off

Cept the problem is that people sometimes really LOVE their characters and start getting pissed when their characters gets used for fertiliser.

But since i havent seen any obsessed fangirls,boys so far on this site it is possible that it may work
