Ugh, the last chapter sent me reeling. The story so good at first too...pity. Well they can enjoy their wands, choppers, and stolen sword designs, I won't be reading unless it gets better.

Agreed. I think that the author lost touch with the story after the Dragon episode. It’s at that point that he/she seams to loose grasp of the picture and starts grasping for straws. But that’s looks to be common practice when dealing with a hyper powerful Harry. At one moment it’s all going great until that line is crossed, the one where the balance of power between Harry and Voldemort just goes to hell, and then the next thing we know, the story is heading into the abyss of incongruity.

Alas, I will morn the loss of a good tale.

I know this won't excite as many people on this forum as elsewhere, but I know Jeconais has a plan for one he's going to write after he finishes another story or two he's still currently finishing.

There was a drabble-ish generic outline for the story on his yahoogroup. And I for one, pretty much enjoy anything he writes, even when it is painfully thick on romance. He's one of the few I don't even mind Harry/Ginny from, which here, I suspect will be greeted with shouts of "Blasphemy!"

If anyone's curious here's the post, although you have to be a member of his yahoogroup to read it I think:

I actually liked Jeconias' This Means War, even with all the H/G fluff...

Then I heard that his(her's) Harry/Pansy story (White King, Black Queen or sometin') was good and started reading it... I somehow forced myself through the part where Harry was being a depressed looser but when Pansy started nursing him and he liked her immidietely, that's where I stopped. No thanks, I don't need to read about some whipped sniveling looser getting pushed around by his girlfriend...

I don't mind Harry/Ginny too much as long as it's done well. Very very well. Exceptionally well. Top 99th percentile. Superbly. Err...you get the point.

That drabble/outline would be pretty neat to be seen written out...it could work.

Hopefully the Harry/Fluer story will be good. He runs hot and cold. Some of his stories are good but some a really shocking that its surprises me that its the same author writing.

well, I guess just don't hate Ginny THAT much...heck I actually dislike Hermione more, if she bosses Harry around. I kind of liked the story, especially for the Fleur/Harry chapters, though based on how I don't recall some of what others are saying, I guess I must have skimmed some other parts oh well. I also think I found this during one of those breaks when there was nothing else so I grabbed it like a life preserver. You got to admit, H/Fleur isn't exactly plentiful so beggers can't be choosers :p. As long as Harry's doesn't turn bi, and don't join swinger's club...mehe I'll keep with it.

Actually the problem I have with the vampire and elves are purely personal interpretations. I don't see how these two traditional uber-human, semi-immortals species could be qualitatively overcome by mortal wizards, whom Harry blasted away with ease. LOTR second movie really screwed it up when those elves got arse raped by those orcs...

I liked this fic. I was a little unsure with the whole Dakaath title, That may have been a ripoff of Dakaath: Prince of Darkness. Still, an over all good fic. He explained the situation with Harry and Fluer pretty well. What I thought was a litlle cliche was the whole "picks up a guitar and is a musical prodigy"

Highbrass may have explained it a bit better with the whole Elfin heritage, but it's still a little irksome. Anyway, overalll good fic.

Oh, yeah. Where did Hermione loving him come from?

I still haven't decided whether to be flattered or offended by that.

I'm leaning towards offended, given that I understand that Harry has Ginslut among his girls.

Okay, I'm confused. Lord Serapheth, are you Highbrass? If so, sorry, but it's not exactly a common word, is it? Wait, did you write Dakaath: Prince of Darkness? IN that case, forgive me. You get full credit for the Dakaath title.

Yeah, wasn't trying to be funny. I was just kinda confused. So Serapheth wrote Dakaath? *shrugs* Okay then, he gets credit for the Dakaath thingy.

Read this story a while back. At first I enjoyed especially since at thebeginning harry wasn`t really into any steady girl, he was just having a good time. Then it started with Fleur, which I didn`t mind. from there it went on to Hermione and Ginny, thats when I started to have issues with it.

Also for me harry has to much power, the things are going he should of been able to take Voldemort by chapter 12 easily.

    waiting to see more :|

I've read it for sure. I liked it for a while, then.. well the quality dropped off and it just wasn't fun anymore. About the time he started picking up the "gang" (ministry crew).

Meh. I think the author just lost control of his/her imagination and hasn't realized it yet.
