I would go with compulsion, being able to use the imperious curse on any body at will. That would be wicked cool, I could control the world.

Metamorph. You can get anything you want with it. Money? Turn into the local bank manager and just waltz into the vault. A woman/man? Turn into their current lover. Nuke a nation? Replace the leader of the free world. There is nothing you can't get with this ability.

Immortality would be cool, but no single magic power seems to promise it perminantly.

 

The abilty to move as fast as u want, think bout it, u kick ass in a fight, no1 would be able to hit u, run into a bank and out with all the money u want, so fast the cameras cant pick u up, same for tests, run in and steal

Well, its wierd that no one has mentioned this, but I would like to be a multi-animagus. At least an avian, a cat and something acuatic. I'd have to give it more though if I were to choose anything specific. But a Kestrel would be a good start.
