I would either go with:
a) Mind Control/Legillimency
b) Being able to recally facts instantly, after only seeing them once
c) ability to talk to all animals
d) power to have all the powers...at least temporarily (less than 10 at a time)...Think about it, you could do all the stuff mentioned in here, it would be like having the power to get more powers and all, but you wouldn't have them all the time, just when you wanted them. Of course, if you could get all of them, then you could use them whenever you wanted as well.
Okay, now I am kind of confusing myself here.
But yeah, any of the above.

I have to agree, though...having all the powers, but being able to use each one for only 10 min at a time would be cool. Maybe if it took 5 hours or so for each power to regenerate...
