    I was wondering if anyone knows any good image browser that can tag images on a disk?

    To be more clear, I'm looking for a way to, for instance, find all images with Fleur on them in Harry Potter folder.

    Picasa is supposed to be pretty good. I've been meaning to backup and sort all my pics before I sell my old desktop, and I'll probably use it.
