Sorry, I didn't know further response was expected. You'll notice that I said that all those things were part of a recipe for good fanfiction. There are other parts. We could argue endlessly about grammar and punctuation, cohesiveness of the plot, adequate characterization, and so on.

In the end would it change your opinion of my writings - probably not. You (World) have already said my stories are decent at best. Vash said they are not without talent, just mediocre or something like that and I've never really cared what Bio thinks.

"Good" is completely subjective. It means different things to different people. You and I could go to a fancy restaurant and order one of those $10 burgers on their menu. One of us could go 'Wow! That was a damn good burger.' and the other could think, 'I could slap ranch dressing, unpronouceable cheese and an onion ring on a beef patty and call it gourmet too! This isn't anything more than a $3 burger dressed up to look better.'

If you've read the stories and formed your own opinion, then there is nothing I'm going to say to you that would alter your view, now is there? Much like someone trying to convince you that the movie you just saw was really good, when you didn't think so. If I had that kind of talent, I'd be in political office somewhere and not doing this.

When you finish reading a chapter, story, or even a thread like this ask yourself whether or not reading this was a waste of your time? If the answer is yes, then no amount of persuasion will convince you otherwise. If the answer is no, then you've gotten some enjoyment out of it. If you read it again, then you must have really liked it - good for you.
