Having trouble with my browsing. My internet load progress isn't progressing unless I hold in a key or move the mouse cursor. Otherwise, it just freezes. Same for any animations on the page.

I'm on a Dell Inspiron running W7 and I use Firefox if that helps.

 

Try another browser.

If that works, then we know that the problem is Firefox. Try disabling all extensions, javascript, etc. If problem persists, completely uninstall FF via the Control Panel [Control Panel -> Programs and Features]. Reinstall and see if that fixed it.

 

Cheers yak. Firefox is working for me again....starting a new browser and then restarting FF apparently fixed it, although it didn't work yesterday.
