Only Thorned Namshiel can contact other people, and that's limited to Denarians. Since I've given away the Blackstaff's identity the Knights know he is not a Denarian and thus I could not be the recipient of his communications.

You don't, and neither does the Blackstaff. I'm the obvious next choice for Dresden to check, since all this relies on me being trustworthy. I'm not suggesting Dresden roleclaims after this, but I'd like to think that the way I've openly offered information, as well as the cock ups I've made, suggest that I'm not scum.

I was right with you Aekiel until that little screw up on the Blackstaff. Forthill needs to be on the ball now. For what its worth I do think you made a good case but this could prove very problematic.

 

The Saint Giles members are in contact also, btw.

So yeah, Zennith feels very scummy now. He's not giving up any information and just trying to throw everyone against Aekiel. He's being uber-defensive when there's not even a bandwagon on him.

Personally, I agree with Aekiel. Dresden should check Aekiel for guilt or not and Elaine Lynch-check Zennith, if that check is up.

Again, people keep asking me to volunteer information. If I had it, I would volunteer it.

As for being defensive, again, I laid out my point to Aekiel earlier - either way I'm screwed. If I don't defend myself, I'll get night killed. Since I'm defending myself, I must be scum. Aekiel thought this out well, that is until he slipped regarding the Dutchess.

I'm doing the same as you, just laying out the information that is available to me. I slipped up regarding McCoy, but I don't think there's a game gone by where I don't fuck up in some way. As far as this goes, it's a pretty big one, but the Blackstaff is safe enough so long as Forthill is alive and willing to protect him. We just have to find those capable of roleblocking to make him useful again.

 

It might be the fact that Im hammered but for what its worth you sound very believable. If it wasn't for the Blackstaff posts he threw up I'd be inclined to give you the benefit of the doubt on this Zennith but even with how Aekiel fucked them up it paints you in an extremely negative light. If I knew what to tell you I would but as it stands he just has too much pointing the finger at you.

 

I suppose. I'm simply saying that I'm merely the beneficiary of someone's help. If the blackstaff truly attempted to kill me, then I got lucky as hell by being saved by Forthill. I appreciate that, btw.
