Here is how Harry will beat Voldemort.

He will manage to destroy all of the Horcrux's then he will be captured along with Ron and a Traitor in Voldemorts ranks who gave him the Horcrux locations.

The three will be crucified.

Voldemorts traitor will turn towards him while Ron will turn away.

Then they will die.

Ginny will cry

3 days later Harry will be reborn and Voldemort will mysteriously dissapear from the Earth as will Harry.

In the Year 4000 the Harry Potter books will have 1/5th of the worlds population worshipping him, and celebrating holidays named after him that are more pagan than true christian.

Yes, and Harry has Hermoine and he has a mad dark lord after him and he knows that he is at the top of said dark lords to kill list. He has far more motivation than Peter, yet Peter was greater than our lovely and ever so powerful Mr. Potter

 

now, you just had to go and burst my dreamy bubble of Harry finally realizing he needs training/help, etc. The scary part is that you're probably right. Plus Snape got Fawkes, so he couldn't have done something wrong or the flaming chicken would tear his eyes out [if a thousand years old basilisk didn't scare him, I don't think Snape could].
