She's probably waiting for more fanfics to plagiarise and call 'canon'..

I think that considering the plethora of filthy Ginny-loving fans who omg! absolutly luurrrved da storie, the amount of mail in her mailbox would be sufficient to drown out any flames.

I think some mass attack on post-cars heading towards JK's house by kitchenware is in order.

    Rise! My Comrades-in-Arms!

And yes, Fifth book was worth reading, if only to get a good look at Bellatrix. :8

Sixth book I'm not evenm gonna start on.

To be honest, I liked OoTP...it set us up with a wonderful place to start a story. Harry can go absolutely any way from the fifth book...good, evil, powerful, weak, dead. Anything is possible with such a shock to his system. Adding to the fact he used the Cruciatus allows us to spin off dark stories easily as well.

Aye, sadly thought there's nothing else redeeming about the book other then Bella and Tonks =( It is mostly filler material, so if you haven't read it yet, simply reading some post OOTP fanfics will easily tell you what happened.

Yeah I liked the 5th book, even though Sirius died. Like Raven said it gives a shitload to base a story off of. That's why most fanfiction right now is post-OoTP.

And thus why any new stories I might start will be Post-OoTP, not Post "I'm Dumbledore's Man" HBP.

The only thing that I like about OotP is that it gave me a great place to start off my story.

It's a tie between OotP and GoF for the best break off point in my opinion. The story I have up at the moment is post OotP but I am working on a post GoF one as well.

So all in all I think that OotP was a good book... but only for fanfiction purposes.

Yeah. I liked it better when Dumledore was alive. You could do so many more things then! Writing a fanfic from OoTP was a challenge but after HBP it's pretty much set about what he(Harry) has to do.

I like Post-GOF alot more but Harry normally stays pretty 'light' in those stories because Sirius is still around. Unless he gets betrayed by him then he wouldnt do anything to hurt his godfather.

I, myself, have not read OotP but just from reading fanfictions i've pretty much learnt everything there is to know about the book that is important. It's the only book of the series I havnt read.

I'd prefer post GoF as you can do abit more with Sirius. Post-OOTP unless you do that corny shit of brining him back despite everyone saying it's impossible, you loose the character
