    This is an absurd line of thought in a game where you can draft your own role; if you spent the money to buy something then clearly you cared about it, so could you explain where you're coming from a little better here?

    I am glad that you both seem to be town and aren't dying; am glad that the chance to play for you came much quicker than expected.

    I'm very sorry that I had to come in and ruin your "game is solved" dream, but it was a dream that was doomed the moment you put forward that the entire scumteam would try to vote in one guy for Market Owner; don't know how a superior mafia site plays mafia but it would be crazy as hell for any scumteam everywhere else to so blatantly dogpile one of their bros in a public vote for "towniest town who ever Towner", especially when they are the only ones voting it.

    Hi Rubicon!
    Who are you voting and why?

    I am voting Cobalt for Tom interactions and general badness.

    I think you may have misunderstood why he claims to be upset though. It was a one shot neighborizer which he says he used on Newcomb, who died last night.

    Here is my summary of Tom-Cobalt interactions.

    That awkward moment when you are all over the place and don't write things down ever and don't remember why ..

    I will look at what happened and why, should be able to recreate the magic.

    This isn't me calling you mafia, but it is a little unusual that just over a day ago you had a "weird" reason to townread him and now you can't remember what it was. Weird is usually memorable, and your plan seemed to be to share it later.

    You know that I rarely write down things right?

    Add to that the fact that I have more than 250 posts in a game that started monday.
    A lot of them are fun pictures ...

    My head is a bit of a swamp at the moment.

    Oh by the way, you are allowed to call me mafia. By the way you have prodded me this game, I know you somewhat want to.
    Chances of you getting any traction are slim, but if you think that I am scum build a case.

    If you really think the game is solved, what do you think about this fact that both your prospective scum members are currently on cobalt?

    The response that I'm tempted to give here is "holy shit scumbro, I didn't even read your posts and we're going for the same mislynch! :cheers:", but I'm trying to behave myself and so I won't.

    Hello!
    Is your preferred pronoun "they" or something else?

    ---------- Post automerged at 07:37 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:35 AM ----------

    Rubicon, I read through your interactions and they don't seem a that damning; possible, absolutely, but tom waffling on a player or having weird reads on a player don't make them both scum (just tom). Do you have any other Cobalt thoughts or are the interactions the most compelling things for you?

    ---------- Post automerged at 07:43 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:37 AM ----------

    Cobalt claiming that he can't and won't try because he whiffed a neighborizer shot seems pretty ridiculous and not at all coming from a town point of view - the only thing it gives him is the ability to talk to Newcomb overnight when he could have talked to him during the day all he liked.

    Him being scum and burning the neighborizer immediately is strange play for scum (and they absolutely had to get the neighborizer or else there would be a counterclaim) but I suppose he could be giving him and his last partner daytalk.

    Lol! You know Mathblade?

    But no, I'm just a regular old guy who thought it was funny to be a special snowflake.

    ---------- Post automerged at 14:50 ---------- Previous post was at 14:48 ----------

    Scum almost always have daytalk on here. In this game as well, so neighbourizer is only useful for scum if they neighbourize a towny and pocket them or something.

    Hello Nacho!
    If they hadn't they would just bid against each other for some items which would be hilarious in itself.

    Heh, yeah, I'm quite pleased as well, on all 3 counts.

    And you may be right wrt the entire scumteam not being on one of their members, but I think it's not unlikely that they got stranded there and just couldn't move because it would look unnatural to swap (Waco was the preferred marketplace owner for a not insignificant part of the day).

    In any case, I'm not terribly fussed about you at the moment. Rubicon is my main focus for now.

    ~~~
    Miner I don't think what's happening now is even a little out of Nacho's scum range, but at the same time I readily admit the Wacomomma read is not one that I'm 100% sold on. The Rubicon read is much closer to being a sure thing imo.
    Ah, well, I have no idea what Nacho's scum range is.
    And I don't believe I've played with scum!Waco yet either. So....
    I think one sure thing is that Cobalt and fontisian aren't a team here: when they were scum together recently he basically lost the game for them by playing like this, and I know he was really embarrassed. Almost completely sure that if they were scum together again he would at least TRY, or else he'd replace out or something.
    fonti's not necessarily been super around to yell at him in daychat if they are both scum, so shrug.
