Actually one correction to a previous post.

If Toms mafia, I want Amy/Sloth to either doc protect the other, or use tracker. But I don't want such a limiting tracker pool for reasons I'd rather not go into, so don't waste the track on like Fonti/Gemma for instance, but track any other player.

 

I'd probably have been willing to do it for Waco or Rubicon before.

Sure, within the realm of possibility.
Occam's razor would suggest that Waco going at tom this strongly right off the gate and with no outside factors influencing it might just be genuine. If you don't want to say that it's just as likely, you definitely cannot say it's not at least equally likely. Unless there're other things to go over?
