Looking for a story where Harry somehow sends his memories back in time to the very end of 3rd, possibly by accident, and realizing that he's forgetting everything, writes down as much critical information as he can. Hermione ends up being bitten by Remus as a result of the changes, etc. Can't remember much more than that other than the fallout. It was taken off FFN but maybe there are other sources?

The story is Manifesto. I can't remember the author's name. But I suggest you look at Vash's Almost Recommended story list. I know it was in there.

Afaik that story was deleted by the author. It had a few quirks but I thought it was interesting.
