I might try my hand at writing a crossover, but I'm not sure what to cross with.
Maybe I'll be the one to do the obvious Dresden Files cross, though I doubt it'd be as good as many of the ones already on the site.

I'm truly shocked. Truly.

 

The only stake I have in this is the hope for good stories. I don't read much in the way of cross-overs since I don't read a lot of fantasy other than HP and Dresden. That said, what's with people trying to "stake a claim" on a certain fandom? If you're going to try that, you'd damn well better write and submit the fucking story, otherwise you might discourage someone who might actually, y'know, write something, from doing so with that fandom. If I were planning something in this contest, I'd be damned if I let someone "claiming" a fandom keep me from writing what I wanted to, but not everyone feels that way.

Do what you like, of course, but I'm putting out there that regardless of who says what about whatever fandom, if a person wants to write about X fandom crossed with Y, do it. Do it and tell anyone who gets their feelings hurt that they can suck it.

I was going to try and write out a HP/KOTOR story i've been planning for the past 5 years but all enthuasium for writing in that fandom has well and truly died.

 

Bleh. No fusion crossovers. Oh well.

Someone please write an HP/Madoka Magica X-Over. I would read the shit out of that.

You know, funny you should mention that...It was, like, 4 in the morning and the only thing I could think of is what would happen if someone crossed HP with MM. I got a little bit along with the idea, but then I fell asleep.

Of course, this is an opportunity to continue writing either my HP/Darksiders, HP/WoW, or HP/GuildWars story. I really don't feel like adding one more on top of 3 I haven't even completed yet.
