I loved more games, and only like the first one better due to one small fact

That they built Darth Nihilus up to be one bad as sith, he was possibly the coolest looking sith, could destroy entire planet.....and he was pish easy to kill, damn them!

 

Nihlus.. what a goddamned joke. I actually deleted the game off my hard drive when I found him, so pathetic.


Mucus, great avatar, Fallout was incredible in it's day

 

All the boses in KOTOR 2 were pathetic they took about 2 hits then they died ugh.

In KOTOR i couldn't beat Malak the first time round and the second time he caused me quite a bit of trouble.

Fallout 1 and 2 were Great. Funny as hell with a decent storyline and lots of violence pity, its a bit dated now. Tactics wasnt bad. However Fallout BOS was an absolute pile of trash, they just slapped on the Fallout name to try and increase sales. I think it was originally gonna be called Chimera or something.

 

I thought tactics was BOS? Did I miss a fallout game somewhere?

 

Fallout: Brotherhood of steel was on the PS2 and the Xbox

Not to interrupt the FO discussion, but I really liked KOTOR 1. I haven't played 2 yet, my Xbox was broken before it hit, and my PC can't run it. I'm kinda glad, cause now I can pick it up cheap, wait for the restoration to complete (if its not, I didn't check that yet), and play it on my PC I'm gonna build soon.

Another note about the game: I hated it and Star Wars in general at first. I had always hated SW, and then I played KOTOR just at the beginning on the ship, and I decided it was boring and the game was overrated. I didn't touch it for months, but finally I did (I dunno why... probably because someone told me I could be a bad guy in it), and suddenly it was in my top 5 favorite games ever, and I didn't quite hate everything about SW anymore. Though to be honest, outside of KOTOR and Ep. III, I don't like anything either.

 

KOTOR 2

You guys didnt like KOTOR 2? I thought it was a pretty good game with all of the new characters, now granted if you played light side it want much fun at all but if you played darkside then I thought it was really good

 

It was just badly done. the old lady was supposedly some former powerful sith lord who sufered a hostile takeover.. yet spent the whole time being an annoying wanna be manipulator.

They could of done so much better if they'd done a prequel instead of a sequel with Revaen and Malek

 

Just beat KOTOR 2

I just beat KOTOR 2, and man I really wish it had an ending. I mean I put in 30 hours and what do I get nothing.

KOTOR 1 was just a better game.

 

yeah def. the ending pissed me off hardcore I felt cheated. Knowing how much the game is missing however, just made me livid.

 

I quit playing these. I was fucking addicted for like a month and a half. I got almost NO WORK done. It was terrible.


I honestly haven't played a video game in almost a year now. KOTOR II was the last video game I played I think.

(Just remembered. Midnight Run the new one for X-Box. It was sweet. THat had me hooked for a month in December.)

These two though...They were dangerous. Highly recommended, but be careful.

 

Computer or Console

Heres something I always wondered, Whats this game better on Computer or Console? Ive only played the console version of both games

 

Better on PC for me. It loaded way faster, I could download mods, use trainers for testing things, make my own content.

Not to mention big ass quality jump going from a 640x480 CRT TV screen, to 1280x1024 LCD w/ 8x FSAA+all the other tweaks a good graphics card gets you.

 

I have it on PC as well, just the 1st one though. I think I'll wait untill they patch the second one up a bit more.

Not to mention that on the PC version you can cheat!

I was wondering because my I sold my xbox and got a 360 but I really liked these games so I was wondering if it was worth it to buy them on computer
