So I reread the new post again... And I think Big D managed to turn something that was making the plot a little over done in to Butcher-like stack on trouble opportunity.

I've been trying to think of how Harry could defeat Titania. Even with the Summer Lady's mantle she's beyond him/her. So, Dresden needs allies, and the normal ones probably won't be enough... The only two sources of help that come to mind are Mab and the White Council. The Knights might also work...

As for who is at the door: Susan? Maeve? Martha Liberty? Mac? Peabody? Those are the sort of people who fall into unexpected. Maeve (on behalf of Mab) and Liberty (if WC has found at what happened) are the ones who might logically show up. But I don't think Maeve is much into knocking...

Alright. Confirmed. It's a bit hectic for me at the moment, but I'll hopefully have something up by tomorrow.

 

Whew. I was wondering how I was going to do Fem!Dresden, let along Fem!TimeTraveling!Dresden.

EDIT3: Anyone wouldn't have a better picture of Dresden? I was sorta surprised that I couldn't find an image where he lies bleeding and beaten on the ground. That should be a common enough occurrence.

 

Nice banner. Aurora has an ass on her like whoa. I'm stunned at how awesome the story is shaping up so far. I'm hoping it can be kept up.

OK. When it was just one person I was going to ignore it, but since people don't seem to have noticed: we'd appreciate it if you don't post here (see first AN). I don't mean to be irritating, it's just that this thread is already having authors switching and the posts aren't overly long.

Yeah, it's turning out nice. I tried to top Fem! Dresden with timetraveling!Dresden, but Big_D brought some sanity to the storyline. Damn him.

 

To be honest, coming after Big_D and Nuhuh is an impossible task. I'll try to have something up today sometime, but I have a huge class schedule today.

I have a new guess about who is at the door: Lily.

She is the Summer Knight after all, and I doubt she is in Titania's good books...

 

Lily is the Summer Lady, not the Summer Knight. For the record, I was intending on it being Thomas at the door, since his power to attract any female + an awkward reveal of him being Harry's brother would lead to instant hi-larity.

But I decided to just let the next person use it as a jumping off point for where ever they wanted to take it.

 

Lily is the Summer Lady, not the Summer Knight.

Not in this fic, or at least not yet.

Since Harry became Summer Lady, Lily is still Summer Knight.

Also, Thomas would be pretty funny.

Assuming that everything in SK occured normally up to that point, she would be.

That was why Aurora was trying to sacrifice her: to give the mantle of Summer Knight to Winter and break the balance. In SK, when Aurora died she received the mantle of Summer Lady because as the Knight she was already part of Summer, then she made Fix Knight.

But in this fic, she didn't become Summer Lady and thus is still Knight. Unless someone else is going to change that somehow.
