It could also be in the Recycle Bin, where fics with excessive Japanese influences are wont to end up in.

At the top of every page in this forum is a menu bar stretching from left to right (User CP, Donate, Rules, etc). Click Search --> Advanced Search.

A new Search Page will appear. Type the search key word 'Japanese' into the Key Word dialogue box in the top-left. On the Search in Forums scroll box, scroll down until you come to a solid green bar which says 'Library'. Left click the solid green Library bar.

Click Search Now.
