    AU 7 year redo fic. Harry has a distant relative (who likes classic rock) who tracks him down and tells him about magic and that he's a seer before he begins Hogwarts. He's sorted into Ravenclaw IIRC, the challenges to the Philosopher's Stone are changed (Fluffy, Devil's Snare, Troll but then an enchanted maze or something). That was as far as I got before I lost the link, but it was pretty enjoyable so far.

    Other details...

    The relative dies, but Harry ends up getting an enchanted portrait of him in Gringotts.

    He uses Tarot cards mostly, but he also has a magic stick (lol) which guides him to where he needs to go.

    I was sure this was in the new Almost Recommended thread but I couldn't find it when I checked. QQ

    Harry Potter and the Arcana sounds very similar to this, but a couple of the details seem off.

    Might be what your looking for though.

    I lost interest in this, it was just too arcane. Have fun anyway, it's at least slightly amusing and has good technical writing.
