Hi,
I'm looking for a quality fics with smart!Draco and/or smart!Harry, and where both of them are friends (or at least on friendly terms).
So something like The Code Trilogy (http://reddit-hpff.wikia.com/wiki/The_Code_Trilogy) or Harry Potter and Methods of Rationality (http://reddit-hpff.wikia.com/wiki/Harry_Potter_and_the_Methods_of_Rationality).
Draco/Ginny is an added bonus. But NO Slash, please.

The Other Boy Who Lived by Kwan Li is the only decent one I can think of, though it doesn't fit your terms exactly. I'd probably give it a 4/5 if I had to rate it now.

This one has a Draco who is more intelligent.

 

It's guilty pleasure quality (at best), but Teufel1987's Rise of the Wizards probably fits the requirements. The first part is passable, if heavily cliché. The last part, after Voldemort's demise, jumps a whole row of sharks.

 

I could be wrong but I remember Circular Reasoning having a smart Draco. Be prepared to hang around for few decades though.

Draco in Harry Potter and the Fifth Element is very smart, manipulates everyone around him and make a compelling villain. Probably the best potrayal of him I have read.
