There are a few fics that have Moody in awesome bit roles (jbern's stuff comes to mind) but I'm looking for a fic (hopefully fics) where he plays a more centric role.

I'm particularly interested in fics where Moody mentors Harry.

By Portus, a regular on here. Moody's not a mentor, and it's a one-shot, but it is done very excellently. Even giving Moody a bit of a back story as well. You need to read it.

 

Agreed with the above, but there's otherwise a huge dearth of either Moody-centric or Mentor!Moody fics out there.

I read this when there was only the first three chapters (And a different summary I think) it was quite good and I put it in the AR thread. Since then, a few more chapters have come out and some of the ideas and possible plots were sort of retarded.

 

Well, I'm currently writing a story, were Moody is a central character. Of course, it's a AU, and Moody is one of the central antagonists.
