    Does anyone know what it is, or what it does? The best Info I can find is that they won't sign me up for anything or demand my e-mail address.

    C'mon Sree to be fair,

    That ain't fucking descriptive at all in idiot speak. From what I saw it's basically Microsoft's rip off of flash, but done in a shittier way. *shrug* could be totally wrong I cbf to install it on a few sites I went to that demanded it be installed.

    But yeah, only reason I downloaded it was to watch the Olympics.

    Microsoft Flash RipOff. Provides a neat and tidy API for .NET (2.0 +). If you know any of the .net languages, its pretty easy to make the basic stuff for it. I don't really know its benchmarks with Flash, so can't contrast. But writing stuff for it is far easier than it was for Flash (an old version, haven't tried the new ones so once again, can't compare.)
