I agree that this is your best one yet. That rain is impressive, what did you do to achieve that?

 

Made a new layer above my pic, filter>noise>add noise at 52.3, then filter>blur> motion blur at 63 degrees and set the blending mode to overlay, finally I lowered the opacity to around 36%.

Then I repeated everything 3 times, changing the degree of the motion blur by no less then 7 degrees.

Moved over to imageready, set the first frame to show the background pic and the first layer of 'rain', duplicated that and set it to show the Background pic and the second layer of 'rain', and again with the third and fourth layers. And wallah! Easy, no?

Lol, I haven't, I told you that I forgot to save the PSD file on it, so I have to make it all over again. Plus I have about two or three other people wanting sigs/ava's, so I'm sorry about the wait. :?

A little blurry, and you could've blended the text into the background a little better and added some effects to it. But nice! What'd you use?

I followed DGD's instructions for how to make rain. I did a userbar as well, but the bar is too small to show up the rain right, it just looks effed. I'm going to -

A)remove my text so it only shows when a lighting burst I add goes off. So you'll have a white screen, then black gothic letters as it fades to normal.

B)work on the rain more

C)add a window in the foreground.

 

Nice, can't wait to see what you come up with. Testing as well...
