I'll post more thoughts later, but I think the gist of things is as follows: 1) This was worth running, exactly once. 2) It is really unfun to be scum in, and lose, because it's just drawn out for days and you're forced to be alive for it the whole time, putting up a token effort. 3) It is near impossible to actually balance in scum's favor, without removing the NK and making it be a super drawn out affair with lynches only. 4) I think it can work fine as a 9-player 7 vs. 2 with no night kills turbo type of game on IRC or forums with 10-15 minute days, but it does not work well as a long form game, even with phases this short. 5) Thanks to Yog for replacing in and providing plenty of energy! 6) Thanks to the lovely Delphine for doing vote counts so I don't have to. 7) Thanks to all for playing and indulging in this bizarre experiment, and I am sorry for subjecting you to it.
Don't sell it short, Voxx, it was a great idea! True, it would need quite an overhaul now that we all see how difficult it is on Scum, but I don't think it should be totally abandoned as a concept. Just don't run it again for a year until we all forget about it and think it sounds like a good idea again. Thanks very much for inviting me in. This was without a doubt the most fun I've ever had as a sub. Yay Town!

Man. I don't know about you guys, but the amount of townreads that Rubicon pointed out which got me lynched was mind-boggling to me cuz most of that was just natural reaction. (I was at a party, I believe, when I died, and was thus not around for EOD. Or the hard lynch.) I'm so screwed if I ever roll scum.
