I've put a lot of work into the map, but I'm content with it closing. I've done pretty much everything I set out to do. Finished 5x ore processing, killed all the twilight forest bosses, killed the wither boss. The only thing I didn't do was kill the Ender Dragon. I tried, but there's too much server lag to actually hit it. I think there might be other Ender Bosses, but it is what it is. Oh, and all the space stuff. Mostly to do that just take a lot of hours grinding.

The one thing I'd like to do before it closes is to make a small video tour of the map or something like that

There's no practical purpose to it, I'm at the stage of the game where I can afford to just build stuff for the fun of building.

The server is going through a bit of a slump, activity-wise. We only have a few people actively building, so if anyone is on Bedrock and likes to build and wants to help develop the world, shoot me a PM

I teamed up with another player on the server to take on a huge project. I do a lion's share of designing the what, where and how, but he helps me a lot with stuff that would be a major timesink on my own, like resource gathering and terraforming. This is what we have so far

Main site so far. We named the project the Department of Forestry (building on the left). Building on the right is the entrance to the End Portal from my previous post itt. There used to be a village here, but zombies killed everyone. We completely demolished the village and in its place (the location is a really nice tundra valley) we'll create a custom forest, using the existing biome as our base.

That path looks really good. Did you take inspiration from any of BDoubleO's stuff?

 

I'm sure I aped it from some Minecraft YTuber but couldn't tell you which one, at this point I've watched so much Minecraft YTube that I pretty much know all the popular decoration/building tricks.

 

Here's a walkthrough of the DLP server. I will say that listening to my own voice is really fucking weird.

My new cactus shop at spawn



If you look at my previous posts itt, you'll see pics of the building on the left I posted before. The building on the right is new. The previous build didn't quite come out how I imagined, the new townhouses on the right are exactly what I was aiming for. The trick was to build them like terraced houses. WIP.
