WRT citrus he did the same thing (in even more complex form) in our last game. I do think he's trying to generate the same result (getting townread) but I don't think it's alignment indicative exactly

What do you get out of the rest of his posts?

 

My towncircle at the moment consists of Jason, Miner, Newcomb, demonturtle, Titus, Acio and Sloth, in that order.

Jason for reasons already outlined, Miner for all the reasons Newcomb pointed out, Newcomb for his Acio interaction and the way he reacted to Sloth, demonturtle for her enthusiasm and honesty, Titus for reasons I'm not sharing yet, Acio for the Newcomb reaction, a genuine ish push on Titus, and his general activity level, and Sloth for feels.

I imagine Cobalt will work his way in there at some point, as his two posts read fairly on the level.

Citrus, by the way, feels fake on multiple levels. I can't wait until he catches up and spontaneously combusts.
