    1. As a writer/former journalism guy, I'm cringing reading his posts

    2. I disagree his #41

    3. I still have no idea what the windmills/Sancho reference is/what he's trying to explain with it
    --- Post automerged ---
Essentially yes. Like I said above it's something that causes me to look little harder at them going forward. Though Gemma's reaction in #96 is certainly interesting

I'm sorry. I'm trying to change.

As for 41 do you disagree on the assessment that tom is forcing or that it is scummy?

Me being slightly sarcastic is drawing interesting commentary on my aggression...passive or otherwise.

Y'all are in for a time if that level is coming off as aggressive. I buy it from Waco cause I'm pretty sure we haven't played together in over 5 years. Tom should know better.

The tldr of what I was saying is just that we won't have better than random chance of hanging the mafia until day two onwards, when we have information on how people made their final votes (and on how the night kill goes). e.g. if X were killed, the guy who started the bandwagon on me probably ain't mafia.

Fwiw Tom doesn't seem too mafia-like - they don't tend to draw attention to themselves by being the first to try and start a bandwagon. Will be more than happy to change my vote if more info comes up.

Slight correction to above: e.g. if I were killed, the guy who started the bandwagon on me probably ain't mafia.

We actually have a decent record of killing mafia Day 1 here.

    Provided town don't self-vote.

    Ok i...
Am not sure what youre seeing different then.

In this case, aggressive is a binary state from passive and all 3 fall above the line. Though, agree sloth not by much and the other two jokily.

    Still unexpected.

    Its decidedly not.
Its the (in my opinion NAI) derping.

No i dont know how/why gemma would townread fire for it it just sounds like her
    --- Post automerged ---
    Technically the opposite?

The more i talk the more they want to kill me.

Its more about what to filter out.

Idk i kinda think i just have a full on different playstyle here, everything i say being some degree of fake so i get to change it etc. But its also been awhile and theres a fair amount of notdlp people here and who knows where I'll end up.

Ftr if cuth flips scum that was him TMIing me
    --- Post automerged ---
I think this is where I say "yes this is why i say these things"

Did i want to pursue any of those aggressive reactions?
Well, maybe. Im voting gemma and have given no other explanation. So one could be forgiven for thinking so.

But you put out stuff like that early to start conversations. Heyhey look at me being proactive.

This is already far more interesting than the 3 posts about fire <being new>

I don't have a read on whether Cuth would be happier rolling mafia or town this game, but I hope the answer is <his alignment>.

Even if the bolded were true, if i try to draw attention to myself to start a bandwagon you'll know. It hasnt happened yet.
    --- Post automerged ---
My guess is hed rather be town?
We had fun wolfing in the alias game but this is a harsh environment for it, and I imagine hed want to solve a game with competent folk.

But hes like us where having fun is more playerlist-dependent than alignment-dependent and he'll be fine

fire seems pure and I want to townread him for it even though it's probably hasty and NAI.

Sloth also seemed genuinely curious earlier, but it's stuff I can imagine he might ask about as mafia too. /shrug

tom's early stuff still doesn't really feel forced or like he was egging other people on or something. I think it's natural enough to just put out a statement on three people commenting on something that seems NAI to him on page 1. I don't think it was "aggressive" but "not passive" makes sense to me.

I've been meaning to ask, what kind of flower is that flower, Gemma?

Sorry, I don't think I worded that question very well. What I was going for was if you had any thoughts on other people's responses to your post?

Have you been reading my posts? Given that I've come to the same conclusion, no I don't think it's forced. For light mind meld reasoning he gets a slight bump north of neutral.

Fire, how many games have you played before?
