Please not. The manga is awesome and the OVAs are the only anime ever that will ever reach 'myth' status, but with real actors? That's destined to fail.

 

To the person who said BioShock, it's already being done.

A BioShock film should be pretty sweet if done right, especially the Andrew Ryan scene. Steinman should also be epic, and I can't help but wonder how they'll do Big Daddies.

Still, to add to what I'd want to see- StarCraft (simply because the Zerg will thrash Alien) and Artemis Fowl.

While we're on the topic of Zombies and Nazi's. I'd like to see a Wolfenstein movie.

 

I'd like see the Denarian Lord Series put into movies, that'd be epic. The Codex Alera would make an awesome movie series. I'd like to see Ender's Game put into a movie, but it'd be extremely hard to do. Capturing Ender's inner monologue would be the problem, otherwise you have this kid killin' people all over the place and looking like a huge dick.

 

According to Wikipedia, they've got a script completed and they're trying to put together a production team - in other words, an Ender's Game movie might be a fair wait.

 

Have you watched 'Grindhouse' by Quentin Tarantino? Between the two parts there were these fake trailers. One of them was called 'Werewolf Women of the SS' (Youtube, Wikipedia) by Rob Zombie. It doesn't have any zombies, but werewolves are just as good.

I want to see this movie...

 

Ah, just seeing that "werewolf women of the ss" trailer brings back memories of sneaking into the local theater as a kid.

 

I'd like to see the Horus Heresy series played out on screen. Drop Site Massacre scene - that would be fucking epic.

 

You and me both, believe me. It's a damn shame that the miniature company will likely never release the movie rights for Warhammer 40k in our lifetimes.

But then again, considering the tendencies of movies to completely ruin books and plotlines, I think I'd almost prefer not to see it...
