A decent read, but nothing that really grabbed me. 3.5, leaning towards a 3.

Also, OP is clearly a trap. No such thing as a Fem!Anon.

Got to agree with Custer's assessment. Not bad, really, but it seemed incomplete even for a one-shot, and the "other world" Harry and LV were transported to was terribly misleading and under-explained, unless the fact is was a hallucination was left intentionally vague. Not that I don't enjoy the occasional tragic ending and all, but this was mediocre at best.

On the plus side, I can say with certainty that this piece, luke-warm as it was, is orders of magnitude better than the other shit the author has posted to FFN.

    3/5

Eh, not really catchy imo. I mean, it seemed like an agnst piece on battle for the sake of it: I couldn't see any character growth and the scene changes were awkward as hell. It wasn't a bad story per say, but not really that great either. It just didn't seem to move anywhere - at least with most good tragic fics they feel like they resolve themselves somehow.

A good time waster, but nothing exceptional here. Move along, 3/5.

Well, the actual writing was fine (if maybe trying a bit too hard). But this was angst for the sake of angst. I don't think there was a point, and I don't think the whole side trip with Voldemort actually added anything to the story. I guess there are worse ways to spend 10 minutes, but I won't remember this story in a week.

    3/5 for not-terrible writing.

Given the subforum's purpose, that would be a good reason to refrain from posting then.
