    It's called "Schlammschussschacht" in German, a rather literal translation that has survived several renaming attemps (most notably Klaussen's in '75 and Breuler's in '86 with "Schussrinne" and Schlammrampe" respectively) mostly because it can be called SSS that way.

    Basically, it's a game of wit and deception, where you are supposed to build most of your strategy at home, and make adjustments - tactics, really- according to the other players.

    The game is rather old, so finding any of the official rule books should be hard, but it's not that complicated when you get the hang of it.
