    Along time ago I read this one fic where muggles had gone genocide on wizards and the remaining ones where like being experimented on. that's all I remember. At the time I thought it was good but I read basically anything back then so...

    Muggles (i.e. ninjas, special forces, ex-Seals, royal families and the Dursleys) should never play a major role in HP fanfiction.
