A Jam of a song idea my a mate had a few days ago at his place. Unfortunately I had to sue his 15W guitar amp and the recording equipment we used was pretty primitive so I got drowned out a fair bit.

I personally like the tremolo solo I did 2/3 of the way in. The stop about half way through was because chris dropped his drum stick. That count in was me putting on a weird voice which I find amusing in hindsight.

Was just a few ideas for guitar and drum parts to a song a few mates and I are slowly putting together.

    Some feedback would be appreciated.

Shall post some other things we recorded that day, including an amusing rendition of The Ants Go Marching One By One. Yes, that song. >_>
Might also post up the sort of cover we messed around with of Nirvana's About a Girl. Enjoy.

I wish you could hear the guitar more. The bits I could hear are good! Keep it up, and post more when you get better recordings. :D

Btw: how high did you have the 15 watt amp turned up, my spoiled friend down in Ga used a 50 watt... and when his drummer was playing it still got drowned out a bit (which honestly didn't bother me too much because he only played blink 182).

The 15W Amp was turned up to just under full volume to prevent killing the speaker. It was also under the effects of a DS-1 under full Level, Distortion and 3/4 Tone towards High end plus 3/4 Gain on the amp. I just wish I could've sat the mic atop of the Amp, then it would've been a bit better.

My latest creation, done this morning after an idea came to me just as I woke up from sleep, had to put it down somehow, this was the result. Lyric ideas came aswell, but not yet recorded.

    Not bad, Murty. :D
Some parts seem to get drowned out, but it might be just me...

Very good Murt, as I've said before the Jam one is my favorite.

I liked the string effects on the the Delay and Bad_Pass one. Keep it up mate, these are good.

    Some nice shit.

Fruity Loops for the win. I knew someone that made sick trance tunes on that. :)
