This is going to be a really obvious one but Googlefu on my phone us weak. It's an old story, Naruto failed the academy test ends up in a one man apprenticeship with Anko, there was an anti-sharingan fighting style and all the Sannin were bamfs. Orochimaru had ascended to be a snake god, Jiraiya had seals on his chair a coils etc.

It was good iirc but a bit of a guilty pleasure fic. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

I vaguely remember Altered History as being the one you're after. I could be wrong though, it's been years since I read it.

People Lie. This one or its spin-off Ask Me No Questions. Aaaaand, Naruto is not apprenticed to Anko in these ones, IIRC. There are sealmaster!Jiraiya and snakegod!Orochimaru,though. It sounds like your memory combined them with Altered History.
