Are there any good Naruto/Bleach cross overs besides Shrouded in Orange and Crimson Edge that are at least decent? I'm not usually one for cross overs but this is one that seems to really have potential.

For that matter, and however oot it may be. Any one know any good Bleach fics? TFF is severely lacking in almost everything buy Naruto.

The first chapter is the best, and while the last few chapters have a drop in the sense of power they have, this is still among the best stories I have read. Period

What the fuck? That story confused me to no end.

The summary makes it sound bad, but its actually quite decent. They pop up on Reach somewhere between Halo 1 & 2 (doesnt explain how).
The Naruto characters dont go round owning everyone with their mad skills, its more Halo universe, with some Naruto characters being pulled along, Spartans are still hardcore etc.

Writing isn't the best but its easy to read. Should give it a shot just to see if you guys like it.. really! its not that bad!

 

Eh... it doesnt really hold my attention. It does seem to be going somewhere and it has a good amount of detail. It has no spelling or grammar errors I can see. It just doesnt feel like a story. It feels more like a script. It's probably just me though.

 

@Mercenary: The Halo game dialogue is very much a script, and feels very scripty.

I think the author IS focusing more on the Halo side of things as a whole anyhow, considering the setting as well as the way the story is presented- the severe lack of jutsu use only complements that idea.

So it's logical to assume that the author's using more of Halo as inspiration than Naruto, and thus much more 'immersed' in that fandom's atmosphere. Therefore, the dialogue is more scripty than what it would be if it was a strictly Naruto fanfic, where the dialogue tells the story, and not the cutscenes.

This seems to be better. I dont think the Elites are too overpowered here. It seems to have a decent storyline. Talking about anything else will probably give the story away so go ahead. Click the link. No aparrant pairings other than the "canon!Hinata watching Naruto"

A good story despite that i have never played Disgaea so that kinda makes it a little more confusing. Aside from that i think it's a great story.

 

...I liked the first one better. Dunno if that's the case for you though.

 

I read about halfway through the first chapter of the Disgaea one, because anything with Laharl should be epic. And then I reached this little gem:

'Naruto slumped into his bed, staring at the ceiling. Most of the day, it was easy enough to let his mask control his every action, running around like an idiot and flirting pathetically with Sakura.'

...And I quit reading. I HATE the happy mask device. Hate it, hate it, absolutely fucking DESPISE it.

 

i just wish i knew who Laharl was.

 

I am reading that story now... just hit the point that LT2000 mentions and I must agree. Worse still the author seems to emphasize mask too much. I think its been mentioned at least twice per paragraph so far. I'm still gonna read it all though cause I liked Laharl's section and hope for more.

 

Besides the overemphasis on the 'Mask' concept its a fairly good story. It kinda makes me want to go buy Disgea to see what all the fuss is about.

 

Okay wow, this has got to be the most obscure, odd, and just plain strange Naruto crossover i've encountered to date.

I got the link from a friend (and fellow author) who made me promise to read at least the first couple of chapters. I'm glad he did. I was going to dismiss it after the first, but thankfully the author got a beta. After he got started good (by chapter2) the story became solid gold.
