its not too bad. I like it but I think it may seem like Naruto is a bit overpowered, what do you guys think?

 

Couldn't read it...chapter 2 was how far I got. There, the case of totally exaggerated abuse from the villagers was just too much for me. Waking 4 years old Naruto with a kick to the side, then throwing him out of the orphanage to where the whole town is gathering to throw all sorts of crap at him and finally, to top it all off, being chased by some gang of drunkards...that's just too gross. Normally, I could ignore even that if the writing was good but no luck with that either. What then completely killed any interest I might have developed for this fic was the Kyuubi saying some shit about Naruto being a son of Shiva. I liked the basic idea with the forest though... =/

 

Yeah its not for everybody, I skimmed over most of the village abuse anyways.

It features a nice take on a Naruto bloodline. A very nice one, thats not way overpowred and has its limitations. Though I read this mostly for the bloodline it is a good light read. And the few OC's aren't that bad. They have in depth characterization. No cardboard cut outs for us!

Now before the Naru/Hina pairing turns you away, I'd like to say this in its defence. While the fluff can get pretty annoying, its a great quality fic, if not in the begging then in later chapters... (Kinda like aAP, only not as good. >_> Update bish!)

[SIZE=+2]IMPORTANT IF NOTHING ELSE READ THIS!!!![/size] I just remembered something very important, this author has a concept about how real relatshionships should be formed, though it is kinda fluffy does by no means Naruto think he loves her right off. Just kinda likes for awhile as friend, friend with boobs that is >_>.

I read Lacking Sight awhile ago and while I did like the fact the Naru/Hina was not your typical "OMG HINATA'S ALWAYS BEEN THERE I LURB YOU DATTEBAYO" bullshit and they took the development between the two slowly, The bloodline anyoed the hell out of me. It was an okay fic, but nothing extrodinary. I didn't have the patence left to start the sequal when he finished the first one awhile ago. I would say its an Exelent waste of time if nothing else.

 

hmmm read this fic maybe 1 or 2 back it intrested me to a point nice pace on the Naruto/Hinata hmm 6/10

 

Writing was nice and kept me reading up to ch. 3...then I noticed that I wasn't really in the mood for such a strange OC to be in the lead. I just think his character was boring...too ordinary...lacking something. Also didn't like his bloodline with the ghosty hands stuff though the general idea with the seals was fine. The plot didn't really appeal to me either though it probably wasn't that bad. Anyway, writing was good and some of you might like it. It's at least worth a try...

 

I started to read it... but I'm a little iffy w/ OCs having a part. Found it good then just dropped it out of sheer boredom.

I personally find this one to be amusing as hell. It's a powerful!naruto, but he spends most of his time drunk off his ass (for a reason I won't go into), and being a flirt/pervy.

 

wow, I had thought He's just a ramen chef had already been posted but I guess not. Yeah its a decent fic. I enjoyed it at least. While "He's just a Ramen Chef" is Viperflamer's best fic, his other stuff is worth reading if your in need of a fix.

 

Hey, all you on about the OC's. His character is supposed to be like that >_> it gets better and more indepth as the story progresses.

And he got his bloodline from Naruto, in some way. <_<.

 

My prejudice against OC's are my downfall to quality fics. ;-;

I know a lot of you won't read it simply because it's a NarutoHP crossover, but this isn't your typical Team 7-esque fic. This is set before the Naruto storyline (after the Kyuubi, but before the show actually started), and is pretty angsty/dark in the first few chapters, but picks up quickly after that.

Another HPNaruto crossover. The summary sucks, but ignore it. It starts PostHBP, but has 0 H/G in it (though there is some remisicing in chapter 25, but it's from Ginny's POV). When Harry gets to the Shinobi continent, it's about 5 years (give or take) before the Kyuubi attacks, so keep that in mind. So far Harry hasn't killed Voldemort, but from the looks of it, it might happen soon.

When I first started reading this fic I was a bit unsure as to where it would go, SuperNaruto seemed likely from the Summary. I have to say that I was pleasently surprised after reading the first few chapters and am avidly awaiting the next update. It is not a SuperNaruto but a PowerfulNaruto and no sign of a garyStu either, a welcome relief from the drivel and sludge usually found in the naruto section of FF.net. The writing style is very mature and flows extremely well, a plot actually exists for a change, and romance does not seem to be very high on this authors list of things to include in the fic. The story is fast paced but that just adds to its desireability. 5/5 in my opinion, a definite fic and author to keep an eye on.

 

yeah I read that fic a while ago at first by the summary it seemed interesting but then when I read it. To be frank it bored to the point that I wanted to rip my eyes out because when he is crazy Naruto he's a great character but when he is his normal submissive self it bores my lights out overall it does have decent writing it just bores me 3/5
