Kalas is all that's left, he's Kabuto, and that was his 2nd shot. Pozzai NK, Jan poison, then an educated guess at the rest of us staring with me as Sakura.

I really want to read scumchat after the game to see if they thought I was Sakura based on the single hint I left trying for this very scenario after I was roleblocked, or if it was something completely random.
