He tore the fucking god tree in half with a multi-elemental rasengan. Which he threw. He's so far beyond the Yondaime in utilizing this jutsu it's unbelievable.

 

Naruto is so far beyond every character in the manga now it's ridiculous. Only Sasuke and Madara can compare and even then, in any battle he'd probably come out on top. I just wish he didn't have to turn into some pseudo-deity to do it.

 

I think you mean shape transformation/manipulation rather than space-time manipulation. And I'm more inclined to think that the Rasengan becomes a Rasenshuriken whenever you add nature transformation of any kind rather than meaning he must have included the wind element. It probably would have been more like a Dust Release Rasenshuriken otherwise.

Edit: Also, whenever we see a Rasenshuriken explode or "burst" instead just slicing through the target, it creates a giant sphere of cutting wind. But that doesn't seem to be present with this version at all. I'd think that it'd show up here in some form if wind chakra was present.

 

Can't believe no one has commented on the fact that Naruto picked up the Hiraishin Kunai, one could probably assume he can do that now. Somehow.

He's also looks like a form of a Juubi host, hosting parts of all the tailed beats, yet they don't have the body to combine them.

Really, all this makes me do is wonder why Kyuubi got nerfed as much as he did. Pretty much all of the bijuu other than kyuubi got a a pretty cool ability.

 

Kurama makes up for his lack of tricks with raw power.

I also like to think that Kurama is the only Bijuu that actually heals his hosts, though that's just headcanon (and may have been proven wrong somewhere, heh).

 

The whole point of the Rasenshuriken every time it's deployed is that it acts like an abnormally large normal Rasengan for about five seconds, and then it detonates.

The wind version of it goes off like a fucking bomb. We've seen it before. It's a massive unidirectional detonation of microscopic wind blades, like the worlds most ludicrous shrapnel explosive, that pulverizes and slices apart anything caught in the blast.

What we just saw was not that.

That wasn't a unidirectional explosion, that was the Rasenshuriken expanding along a singular line. It didn't take a giant spherical bite out of the tree; it literally chopped it in half in one go.

Naruto said it used Goku's chakra, and we know his chakra is an admixture of Earth and Fire. Seeing how the visuals don't match up at all with wind, and it didn't detonate like the wind one does, we should assume there was no wind chakra involved.

 

To be fair, we don't know this for certain. What I mean is that Naruto created this YRS with just one hand, which is a feat he never could do before (he needed multiple clones or multiple chakra arms before). Obviously the powerup Hagoromo gave Naruto has significantly increased his ability to control his chakra.

So its possible that the YRS cut the tree so neatly not because of youton, but rather because Naruto now has super-control due to his new super-"senjutsu of the six paths"-SM. Naruto might now be able to do the same with normal FRS aswell, if he wanted to.

 

Actually he was leaving neat cuts in that toad place too. At this point, I think it is a matter of what he wants it to do.

 

Anyway read the recent chapter, Its ok I guess, but I feel like it could of been done way better, still kinda angry Gai is gonna end up living, that's just bad writing. I can see how this is gonna end up ending, and I can't help but feel like it will that satisfying of an ending.
