I'm no Sasuke fan, but I'm not a hater either. If you werent a rabid, mindess hater you'd see that the subject of Sasuke's revenge has shifted to "the way the world works". So he's going to change that. His aim right now is to make a world where what happened to him would never happen again. Its his means that are retarded.

Get your head out of the bandwagon's figurative ass and at least interpret the manga as its meant to.

 

I dislike Sasuke because he spits on the sacrifices of every one around him especially the sacrifices that were made for him. His parents wanted make a world where he would be respected as an equal to the Senju ruled Konoha. What does Sasuke do he wants make his peers watch while he slaughters their families. Itachi died to give him the best possible protection and Sasuke says he wants to destroy Konoha. Kakashi, Naruto, and Sakura have defended him and all he does is try to kill them. The only reason he fought Madara was for revenge on his part not to help the people around him.
Kishimoto has spelled out the Manga word for word. This is a story about a kid (Naruto) who over comes hardship to benefit society as a whole while another kid (Sasuke) is angry and jealous that he supposedly has had to sacrifice more than anyone else. When the truth is those people have been doing more to shelter him than anyone else. Even now that everything is revealed he wants to destroy everyone's pillar (the five Kage) and bow to what he wants.

 

Well, I was supremely disappointed with Kaguya's performance as the final villain and the fight against her. Just as I was getting resigned to it Sasuke pulls this and I'm suddenly looking forward to the coming chapters again. Sasuke's douchiness has once again entertained me and that's the most important thing.

 

I liked that Naruto showed no real suprise. From the second Sasuke said that, the look on his face was just "Time to kick some more ass."

the worst part is that Naruto is saying this chapter that 'he wont continue the cycle of fighting the two reincarnations have'.

Which means hes gonna try to jesus speech sasuke back to being good again rather then fighting and killing him.

*shrug* expected it. I understand his reasoning. I understand why people might dislike him, he's now the main villain after all. And honestly, people actually hate him which is what a villain should be.

One thing I don't think people should hate about him though is the retarded comments like Sasugay or Emowad. He is consistent to his character. There are others that are consistent to their character, but the problem is their characters are not consistent to the world around them.

Sasuke, whatever people may say about him, is not emo or retarded. He sees his chance to make a better world and wants to take it. I cannot fault him for that.

All in all, Vladmir Sasuke von Putin of the Uchiha Clan still manages to be a badass.

 

His plan is blantantly fucking stupid. Murdering 5 global leaders and killing Naruto's pet animals is a stupid ass way to try and establish peace.

 

Look at it this way. He wins and takes charge. Which then allows him to change the ninja world to prevent what happened before. Both Sasuke and Naruto want the same thing, they just have different ways of doing it. Naruto is a Carrot. Sasuke is a stick.

Realistically however, the horse will never reach the carrot but the stick will always smack it's ass. Which is more successful?

 

...Except it won't go that way. Enforcing peace through violence doesn't work, it would eventually fail.

 

Yeah, the best case scenario for Sasuke's plan is that all of the Elemental Nations becomes like Rain was under Hanzo's rule, with Sasuke being Hanzo.

Reality is, if you want World Peace to happen, wait for an alien invasion.

 

Meh, we could say he doesn't intend to keep enforcing peace through violence - just overthrow the current entrenched systems which he knows don't work, and try to form a single one. This is about as likely of working as the world not falling apart after Ninja Jesus ascends to the Pure Land.

I can, indeed, fault him for thinking he's at all in the right, ever. He's a traitor with no concept of loyalty or being a good human being. All he's doing is giving shallow justifications for his desire to be the strongest and most powerful and to be unquestioned. Just like he's always been. Because Sasuke doesn't believe he is ever wrong.

And no, he's not a badass. He's an assbandit. The vast majority of his power and skill is 'I HAVE SUPER EYES THAT TEACH ME EVERYTHING I WANT TO KNOW WITH NO EFFORT ON MY PART'. His eyes are better fucking Ninja than he is. Or haven't you noticed that whenever he isn't using them he gets his ass handed to him?

Naruto, however, earns most of his power. And for most of the series, the one power he had that he didn't earn had major drawbacks to using. Including shortening his lifespan, killing people he doesn't want to, or dying and becoming a literal walking disaster (see what I did there) if he lost total control.

Sasuke, however, didn't earn any of his power after he got his eyes. Whenever he wanted to learn something or beat someone, all he did was turn them on.

"What's that, a Taijutsu style? GONNA MASTER IT IN MOMENTS." "Oh hey, cool Jutsu, time to learn it so quickly I can literally fire it back at the person as they're using it". "Man, this guy is strong, better turn on my super eyes that allow me to predict what they're going to do and how they move while also protecting me from Genjutsu."

Sasuke is a shitty character, and has been a shitty character for most of the series. He's had exactly one moment in the Manga when I thought he had a chance at not being a shitty character, and that was during the Gaara Fight.

To be fair, Naruto didn't earn power either. He is no Rock Lee.

He was fucking bred and engineered as a super-jinchuuriki, capable of using a training method no one else in the world can, which was just handed to him.

 

'just handed to him'. Someone tried to paint him as a traitor and kill him while giving him the chance to learn it.

And Clones didn't teach him the Rasengan. They didn't teach him Sage Mode, they didn't teach him Summoning, they didn't teach him how to beat his inner darkness, they didn't teach him how to work with or beat Kurama.

Also, Naruto gets all the memories and experience of using the clones, he remembers all the work and the time spent, and it has an effect on him.

Even with the clones, he has to work at things.

Additionally, being a Jinchuuriki was a detriment to him when he used it's power to any large degree. It damaged his ability to think and plan, it made him a danger to those he cared about, and it shortened his lifespan. Once we even see that being a Jinchuuriki literally almost kills him when the Kurama almost convinces him to open the seal.

Additionally, being a Jinchuuriki made Naruto a target, and he had to lose both of his parents and suffer through the disregard and hatred and coldness of the village for a decade. Naruto may not work as hard as Rock Lee, but he HAS had to earn much of his skill and power.

It's a powerful utility, yes, and it's given him great benefits, but it has downsides as well, and he had to learn how to control it.

Not something Sasuke can ever claim. He didn't earn anything after his Sharingan awakened.

Furthermore, you're attempting to word it in such a fashion as if any person who does not have Rock Lee level dedication and work ethic suddenly doesn't have any at all. We see exactly the opposite when Naruto tries to learn Tree Walking and Summoning and Sage Mode and the Rasengan and the Rasenshuriken. There are more shades of 'how hard does a person work' than 'given to them for free' and 'literally insane dedication'.

Sasuke is at 'Given to them for Free', Rock Lee is at 'Literally Insane' and Naruto is somewhere in-between.
