At least with the Hinata bit we can hold out hope that Kishi won't sink to Naruto Sasuke yaoi.

 

Maybe Kishimoto is reasoning that as the seal is weakening, the chakra that was sealed in the shinigami's stomach - along with Minato is being released back into Naruto.

Who knows? Maybe Minato could escape the shinigami after the seal is released.

Either of my reasonings is pretty shitty. I'm just trying to put myself into Kishimoto's mind, not an easy task.

 

Didn't the spoiler thread say that Yondaime set up the seal so that he'd appear in Naruto's mind if Naruto tried to release the Kyuubi?

 

Best part of the chapter has to be when Nagato reveals that the Rikudou Sage created the Moon.

Take that Sharingan, what have you created?

 

Honestly, I'm not certain which is worse.

 

Maybe we should just grab us a really crazy fangirl and let her tell us what happens next...they seem to have a great accuracy nowadays, wouldn't you agree?

I don't know what will happen next, put maybe we can reach new levels of angsting and emo if Kushina would suddenly appear, trying to 'kill the demon that possessed her son and free his poor soul' Naruto gets all 'I have enough' and...read ff from the mentioned fangirl to know what happens next.

It is just sad for the necklace...if you could buy three mountains with it,
how much would that be in reasonable currency?
Maybe someone will go hunting for little pieces...or they will collect them and everyone important to Naruto will get one as an evidence for teamwork, friendship, hope...etc. and we have a totaly reasonable gadget for some future rescue/friendship/battle/love/bonding scenes...

he has to have read some fanfictions...I can't blame him,
I would be curious,too, what all those fans of 'my' work are thinking,
maybe that is why it is turning out so 'fanservice' like (just not for us),
we should send him the link to DLP.net, maybe it will straighten him out...or it will make him cry *shrug*, when Sasuke is your fav-character, what should you expect?)

 

I have the sinking feeling that now that Konoha has been destroyed Sasuke will have a change of heart and decide that Konoha has suffered enough and that he no longer needs to take revenge against it and then he will return home like a hero to everyone's open arms and then him and Naruto will decide that they really are gay. (Not serious about the last point, hopefully).

Run on sentence for sure, but trying to rationalize it and put it into a correct sentence structure would probably have hurt me more.

 

To be fair, though, Minato is in this chapter and therefore it is awesome.

 

Who knows what Sasuke's planning on doing. The kid flip flops on the evil/good side of things like a fish out of water.

I wouldn't mind Nagato/Pain dropping a moon on him myself.

I think everyone is missing an important point here. If the spoiler translations we have are accurate, then the Sage of the Six Paths used Chibaku Tensei to create an entire moon. Pain uses that technique to restrain/capture something, and if the technique's true purpose is indeed to restrain and/or capture......What the hell is that fucking moon?

 

It's 99% more likely that the legend of the Rikudou Sennin has him creating the moon (hype) and that Nagato used that legend as a basis to develop the ninjutsu Chibaku Tensei.

Kishimoto loves hyperbole. You know, like "this jutsu locks the user and the target into the Death God's stomach to battle for eternity."

Naruto is the Death God now I guess, right?

 

And suddenly, a Bleach crossover!

 

I thought that this is just a recorded message, but he acknowledges Naruto, and actually speaks to him as if he's there. Waiting for the translation to know more...

Moon no Jutsu no match for the 8-tailed Kyuubi. That is seriously one fucking awesome jutsu though. Can anyone see how Naruto will win this fight now?
