Remembering Naruto is shonen and not seinen makes me feel a little better about this chapter. Just a little.

 

I'm not following this. What war? Who will fight it? 3 Akatsuki Ninja vs Rest of the World? I agree with what Howdy said a few posts back - the bijuu are not really that frightening or awesome...I mean every Tom, Dick and Harry of the Naruto world seems to know how to capture and subdue them.

 

Ah, by the way, am I to assume that when Madara talked to Naruto about the fight between Uchiha and Senju, that Minato, along with Naruto by proxy is affiliated with Senju?

In which case Tsunade is actually quite related to Naruto, and I find that to be..creepy at the very least. Especially considering the repercussions of how no one tells anyone else this fact. How can someone harbor all the hate in the world for someone whom is the decedent of there founder? And once again, who in there right mind would not tell someone is a descendent? Seriously, this is not fanfiction. Unless literally no one knew that he was the Fourths son, which is just incorrect as Kakashi knows, then someone else in some sort of mentor role beyond him literally would need to tell him.

Otherwise I am seriously going to contemplate never reading this again. Due to the fact, literally, it is complete bullshit beyond even Deathly Hallows. So please, tell me im wrong, wrong, wrong. Moronic if possible.

 

I don't think Naruto is related to the Senju. I think what Madara meant was that Naruto is the 1st Hokage to Sasuke being the Madara of his generation or basically he is saying, like a lot of other people, that Naruto is the inheriter of "the will of fire" for his generation.

 

I am still not entirely certain that the ten tails even exists. Madara says it does because there it is written in stone which only his advanced Sharingan and Rinnegan can read? But Byakugan can't of course, that would be really inconvenient if Hinata could go and tell everyone that he simply invented that thing. I guess Kakashi's MS can't read it too because his blood is not that of a true Uchiha and we seem to be all out of Rinnegans so Sasuke, who won't come near that thing anytime soon and Madara are the ONLY ones who could verify that... yeah he is telling the truth alright.

Also how could ten tails be split into 45 tails, each having different powers, personalities, intelligence, abilities and bodies. Why would you split a ten tailed beast into nine different tailed beasts where the nine tails is STILL invincible? Oh sure, someone will invent a completely complex seal to contain it while splitting his chakra into good and evil, he knew that was going to happen.

He either wanted sealing chakra monsters into people to be common practice, which makes him a jerk, or he couldn't think of ANY other way, despite being an almighty Shinobi, which makes him a moron.


At a whole I don't believe any plot points since the Sasuke Itachi fight, I am convinced it is a gigantic conceit.

1. I do not believe Itachi was in any way or form a peace and Konoha loving softy. It is possible that Madara may or may not have helped, which for my point, doesn't really matter but truth is he did it for exact the same reasons he said in the fight between him and Sasuke. He really wanted Sasuke's eyes, he really wanted to "see" everything with a perfect Sharingan and shatter the limits that were placed upon him. (Sickness, the degree of his Sharingan etc.)

2. True, Itachi didn't like Madara, and he gave Sasuke the automatic Amaterasu but that was because he wanted Madara dead. I really believe that Itachi hated the hole Uchiha clan and maybe even the Sharingan and didn't want anyone running around with it. He wanted to become perfect, kill Madara.

3. I really, really don't buy any of this "he slaughtered his clan for Konoha" thing. The only reason Madara said this to Sasuke is a) to make him feel guilty about killing Itachi and awaken his MS as he knew of Itachi's illness and wanted a replacement and b) because he kind of needed Sasuke because he was running out of Akatsuki members. Sasuke believed it because he wanted to believe him, he wanted that Itachi really loved him, it was probably the thing he wanted to hear the most in his life. I can't really blame him on that.

4. This whole moon reflecting genjutsu and ten tailed beast that somehow spawned off nine monsters with different strength, forms, personalities and abilities is stupid, even for a manga about ninja's with magical powers. Also what is this fourth ninja war thing? Sasuke, Karin, Zetsu, Madara and maybe Juugo and Suigetsu against five Villages? That is not a war, that is a big fight.

Madara has a plan, sure, but it certainly does not involve the moon. Saying that there is a stone with an inscription that only two (maybe three, still unsure about kakashi) people can read is pretty much the most unconvincing lie I have ever heard. Only when Kakashi confirms this will I believe any of it. Until then, it is a lie for me.

 

Is it just me or did Madara sound like one those melodramatic Bond villains, with the whole 'My Evil Plan' thing?

Yeah, Gaara was the only cool one from the lot we have seen, although some of them looked pretty bad ass in the pictures, a pity we won't see anything from them.

I used to laugh at the ten tails fanfics too, but I am still convinced Madara is lying, so we will have to wait.

Strangely enough, all those crappy fanfiction stories had the ten tails looking like the Kyuubi anyway. Except they had white fur or some crap.

And Madara's plan keeps reminding me of the Hackers movie. "HACK THE PLANET!" and all that. His "dastardly" plot was done quite a lot better in Evangelion anyway...

Manga needs more Sonic Boom.

 

I love how whenever Madara reveals something that people don't like, the first conclusion they jump to is 'lol Madara's lying!'

Because Madara has been semi-proven to at least act crazy when it benefits him. And we don't want this plot to be true because it's so fucking retarded.

 

his plan actually makes sense, as silly as it sounds. become a chakra repository, pump it , into an already overpowered Tsukiyomi, enchant the moon with it and viola, mind control. only thing retarded is the execution of the plan. He should have keep his fucking mouth shut.

 

I would have liked him a whole lot better if everything else stayed the same but his personality was really like "Tobi."

 

Tobi would make a great ultimate big bad.
Naruto finally battles his way past the last of Akatsuki to find Tobi using his sharingan to hypnotise the biju into playing fetch with him.



Here's hoping Kisame is still around because he's going to do something awesome.
