At least Sasuke seems a boat load less powerful after losing Orochimaru's powers. He seems not to be able to just wtf pwn anyone anymore, the kages pretty much did pwn him if not for Madara.

Also, I can see Sasuke harvesting Itachi's eyes which I bet Madara took out and kept. He seems to get hammered each time he uses MS techniques. Amtersaru took a lot out of him and Sunsano'o looked quite pitiful. Overall I don't think Sasuke is nearly as pwoerful as he was in his fight with Itachi, no curse seal and no Orochimaru powers, just pretty much MS and that's all Sasuke has. I for one think Naruto would destroy his ass in Sage mode if he can see through illusions in it, hopefully that was part of the Sage training to some extent.

Also Sasuke didn't use a single Katon jutsu or his lightening mastery, just chidori and it seemed like a weakened chidori, not the sword chidori during the kage fight.

Also, why does the Jubi have the fucking Sharingan? I must've missed something. I can't remember the Sage connection to the Jubi at all.

 

Sasuke isnt near as powerful as when he had Orochimaru's powers. That being said he is still very powerful and extremely dangerous. Between MS and Kirin, Sasuke is still has a hell of an arsenal to unload, but Sasuke is still nothing compared with Itachi.

 

Never underestimate Sasuke's capacity to become an even bigger asshole than he is already; for recent examples, consider his attack on the Kage Summit where he tossed aside half his team the instant they became inconvenient and basically admitting that while he still wants revenge, he's mostly just in it For the Evulz.

Keep in mind that pretty much nobody knows the truth about the Uchiha massacre; I'm pretty sure a big part of the reason Sakura and the rest of the Konoha 11 are so eager to kill Sasuke is that with the information they have they can't any explanation for his actions beyond Sasuke being completely evil.

Plus, there's a pretty big gap between killing Danzo and the other elders for their role in the Uchiha Massacre (which would be understandable) and Sasuke's current plan of killing every single man, woman, and child in Konoha. I suppose one could point out that, in Sasuke's defense, Madara did offer a twisted account of the events leading up to the massacre sprinkled with a few blatant lies (like saying the Kyuubi attack was a natural disaster when the Kyuubi was actually under Madara's control) but Madara's lies don't absolve Sasuke of all blame for his own actions.

 

I still think Sasuke bit off more than he could chew by attacking the Kage summit.

I have a feeling Danzo may hand his ass to him until the last minute when Sasuke uses Susano'o and beats Danzo.

Also, with Madara's time space suction jutsu, do you think time went faster in there so Sasuke could heal fully before Madara brought him back out to fight Danzo? Otherwise just fighting the Kage's and then onto Danzo he'd be pretty tired but it looks like he's recovered with Karin healing him.

Also, I think the 11 and Konoha want to eliminate Sasuke purely for joining the organization who just laid waste to Konoha when Sasuke is being used by Akatsuki.

Also, Kisame such a whore of a sword to join bee like that.

Naruto just seems to be in a state of confusion. His master dies, then he goes to train, then he fights Pain, then Sakura fucks with his mind. He has nfi wants going on.

Too many flashbacks. Some fap for Sasuke's darkness and hate, he's got some pretty queer facial expressions now... and Naruto hyperventilated xD Susanoo was pretty hax. Looks like Sasuke 'mastered' its use somehow, somewhen.

Honestly, it would have been cool had Danzo died pathetically like that. Now, we might see him schooling Sasuke some instead =p

Is Danzo the villain because he's the only character who's moral compass, beliefs and motivations at least make some (not much, but at least some) sense?

 

Am I the only one who saw the cover page and thought "So, Kishi has seen Naruto abridged."

 

Naruto having a massive freak-out after pretty much every single person in his life told him to just kill Sasuke already isn't exactly unexpected; even Kakashi only seems to be objecting to the kill Sasuke plan because there's no way Sakura could pull it off.

Sasuke managing to pull out a completely mastered Susanoo when a short time ago he only had a crappy incomplete one seems like a bit of an ass pull. Would have been interesting if Danzo died so easily, but after the sheer bizzareness of the Sharingarm I kind of want to see it in action just to see if there's any possible reason to have that many sharingans in your freaking arm.

 

I am personally hoping Kakashi catchs up to Sakura just as she finds Sasuke. Sakura vs Sasuke is good only for the death of Sakura, but Sasuke vs Kakashi has tons of potential. It could finally be a decent fight for Sasuke.

Sasuke is always taking on people who are with way out of his league(Itachi, the Kages) or people who are way of their league(Deidara, his first encounter with team 7) . Kakashi vs Sasuke would really be a toss up and probably end in a draw.

 

I'm tired of this story revolving around the Sharingan. -_- That hardworker attitude in PT.2 is rolling over in its grave.

 

It is just, if you stand next to Sai, the effeminate, pretty boy who likes to draw and has his belly exposed and you are still the least manly guy in the room you are doing something wrong. He should have dealt with it differently or at least at another time. This just made him look like a pussy.

Also I had really hoped that Sasuke had killed Danzo like that, so that we would never see the Sharinganarm and could pretend it never happened.

 

I disagree. If you consider the way the Sharingan works I think it makes sense. I mean it seems to get more powerful in highly emotional and life threatening situations. I figure mastery comes through use and experiences.

Also, I'm rather disappointed that Danzo wasn't killed right away. I fear if this battle goes on it will probably become really stupid with that damn arm making absolutely no sense what so ever.

 

True, it just seems like a bit of a sudden jump when ten issues ago Sasuke was complaining about how his Susanoo was a pale imitation of Itachi's. Also, while the Sharingan does get power jumps in dangerous situations, there's usually some sort of indication/explanation when that happens, not just Sasuke completely mastering a technique he could barely use before with no explanation.

After everything Naruto's been put through in the last several issues I think he's earned the right to have a minor meltdown; after all the shit he's been put through lately (Sasuke joining Akatsuki, learning the truth about the Uchiha massacre, Sakura, etc) it would be uncanny if he could just handle everything without the slightest bit of emotional turmoil. This goes double if having pretty much every other person in his life tell him Sasuke is beyond saving has finally convinced him of that fact.

 

Well somehow Sasuke went from getting pwned by the Kage's to being able to use Susano'o very effectively in the span of what couldn't be more than half an hour. Man this just feels like DBZ all over again with Karin being the senzu bean and Sasuke being the saiyan who somehow gets stronger and masters stuff after a couple of fights.

At least in DBZ they actually flat out said that being beaten to near death made saiyan's become more powerful. They didn't explain how, but at least it got a mention on Namek. This Sharingarm has done what no amount of stupid filler and angst could do, put me off checking for new chapter updates. I think I'll be leaving this manga alone for a while, till I can forget this ever happened at least.

There have been things far worse than the Sharingarm in this manga up until now.

 

I think it's past time Naruto stop acting like a little bitch and get his act together. He was all "I'll sage mode your ass" before fighting Pain, now he's back to his usual whinny self.

The guy should just snap and start firing rasenshurikens from a snipe spot. If anyone survive a sneak hit by that I'll give up on any hope of consistence in this manga.

 

I think sniping with a giant ball of wind chakra that makes quite a bit of noise might prove a bit difficult.

Anyway, I'm just looking forward to what Danzo is going to say on the subject of Itachi. He is probably going to reveal a piece of the puzzle that Madara might have neglected to mention.
