Have to agree there; Iruka's job was obviously to either keep Naruto in the dark completely or win him over with persuasion and reason, not bluntly to force him into compliance (which was only used as a last measure when lies and persuasion failed).

 

FUCKING FINALLY.


Now this arc can actually begin, goddamnit.

 

I liked how Iruka finally said what he thought of Naruto, it's been hinted, but Iruka saying it along with how his parents said they cared about him is what he needs to keep the fox's will power at bay.

For anyone who has watched Bleach, where Ichigo took out three-vice captains, I see Naruto doing this...

Although it would be awesome for an Iwa-nin to think "Yellow Flash?" I'd lol.

I like how he can switch between the modes almost instantly, and how everyone was shocked by the fox's power, but, they should'nt have been, Naruto owned them all without the fox, with the fox out of control he could've beat them easy, with it under his control it means he will be able to achieve his aims without the landscape being destroyed in the process.

I think Kishi must've planned this out for a while, the fact the Nagato flashbacks about war were used to justify a response to Iruka seems to hint at such.

For some reason I kinda thought Bee might sneak out too, or we might see that just yet, Bee seems exactly like Naruto in that regard, but more mature due to living longer.

 

He raps everytime he talks. Despite being told not too. And decided he was gonna go on vacation after being attacked by sasuke. So no he isn't more mature due to his age. Don't get me wrong Bee is great just not mature by any standard.

 

I'm honestly wondering what instructions Iruka was actually given, seeing as Tsunade was one of those Kage who was against locking up Naruto and Bee. It's definitely possible that she told him to let Naruto off the chain if push came to shove. After all she's the one who wanted to unleash him on Pain.

I also think that Bee knew exactly what he was doing when he allowed Naruto to wander off. He's probably as tired of sitting around in this situation as Naruto is.

Besides, who else can fight all the jinchuuriki?

 

Finally, some actual plot progression.

 

Well it had to happen some time, I guess Kishimoto just ran out of filler characters.

 

I am seriously pumped for Naruto/Bee vs undead Jinchuuriki, especially a Bee v Yugito fight where Yugito finally becomes a real character and not just a name.

Make it happen Kishi.

 

/me wonders how Kishi will give the former Jinchuuriki enough strength to battle Bee and Naruto without totally fucking things up again.

 

Im more concerned how Sasuke is going to get on Narutos level because eternal ms doesn't equal sage mode and full control of the 9 tails in my book. Naruto should quite simply slaughter everyone as he is now. And isn't there something else that jiaiya and naruto had been working on that naruto mentioned it was time to complete?

 

I don't think Sasuke will get on Naruot's level, Naruto is just going to be handicapped by his unwillingness to kill Sasuke.

Also, Madara is at least on Naruto's level, the dude has the ability to alter reality at will. I have no idea how Naruto is going to go around that.

 

He'll talk him to death.

I was almost tempted to do the whole "I am your father" line in response to that, but it would be too stupid.

I think Naruto vs Sasuke will be the main fight of this arc, well Naruto will probably have one/two little fights then fight Sasuke.

 

Agreed. I'd like to see the end fight, but I foresee a bunch of mini-fights between people and dead friends/family.

Gaara has not had meet up with his father yet, etc.

Wasn't bad for filler. The only thing of note was naruto and bee pretty much waloking through a barrier.

 

The barrier thing has just gave anumition to fanfic writers on the whole layer thing.

I'm suprised Tsunade didn't predict the mission failure, I mean, she was there in the whole Naruto v Pain fight, so it's kind of obvious a barrier squad couldn't hold him.

 

lol. Once again, more filler. I can't believe it takes 3 chapters for Naruto to fucking walk off of an island.

Madara summoning the giant statue is pretty cool though. Since it contains all the tailed beasts up to 7, it should rampage over the army. Maybe there'll finally be some character death!
