Anyway, it is not your opinion that is making people this way towards you. It is the the fact you close your eyes and ears to any sort of criticism to your views. Also on the issue of of Sasuke's screen time. It is almost over so sit tight. However Kishi stated that he will also focus on Kakashi next and then Sakura. Only after that will we get Naruto.

I am sorta looking foreword to the Kakashi plot. Not to thrilled about the Sakura one, but you have to admit, the girl needs some damn characterization. She has practically been in the shadows in Shippuden, we don't know much about her, how she became Chuunin, etc etc.

Anyone else think that Sasuke's mind is going to collapse in on itself with all the shit that has been revealed? Just look at his face at the end of the last two chapters. His entire world is being turned inside out. Everyone he thought was the enemy was never actually so. His desire to kill his brother meant so much to him, now it has so much less meaning it may very well change him. Who will he gun for next? Danzou? The advisor's? Konoha itself?

 

Madara will probably use that to his advantage, somehow. Maybe aginast Danzou or the village. It's not like he's telling Sasuke all of this information just because he wants Sauske to know the truth.

If Kishi is going to write about Kakashi and Sakura after Sasuke. I'm beginning to wonder how long this series will eventually become.

Mentioned this on ADD, might as well mention it here. Anyone else wonder what ever happened to the Senju clan? They were obviously a large clan, you just don't lose a name like Senju. Even marrying with other villagers the there would still be people named Senju. I guess they got wiped out by the Kyuubi? Tsunade is the only known decendant of that clan. So, would that mean her name is Senju Tsunade? She never married as far as we know. Unless her mom was a Senju and got married and took her husbands last name.

 

I heard in Japan, if the wife's family is more important, has a higher standing, more power, or if simply the couple wishes to, they can keep her surname instead of his, so it would make sense that even if only Tsunade's mother was a Senju, that she got the clan's surname. After all, who can be more important than one of the founding clan's of Konoha?

 

Good question, I would assume that they did get wiped out during the Kyuubi's attack on the village. But the way its sounded to me, when Madara talked about them, is that the Senju clan was as big as the Uchiha clan. So something must have happened to them, before the Kyuubi, that dwindle down their numbers significantly. Possibly during one of the Great Wars.

We were never given Tsunades' last name. So, I have no idea what her last name is. I'm guessing it is Senju since her realtion to 1st hokage.

I am still holding out hope that the truth about Itachi and that night is a mixture of the two stories.

I also think that Itachi believes or knows that Madara set the Kyuubi on Konoha, which resulted in some people to suspect the Uchiha, which caused him to become a double agent and eventually be ordered to massacre his clan and his exile. Madara is kind of Itachi's Itachi.

He then spares Sasuke at the massacre so either his brother can surpass him and be the one more likely to defeat Madara or Sasuke reaches his peak and Itachi gets a new pair of peepers. No sparing because of brotherly love, just hedging his bet.
