Question: Naruto seems to have a bit more separation of his charkra from his demon's charkra than most of the other jinckuri. Could this let him survive the estraction process?

 

Probably not.

Remember, they would be forcibly ripping every bit of the Kyuubi's chakra out through the seal. As even using a small amount of it does him massive damage...
