No, Kishi is to much of a Sasuke fanboy to actually make Naruto usefull. He's going to give Sasuke another new super awesome power and have him own the eight tail's host. And then he's gunna take all of Madara's power and knowledge just by FUCKING TOUCHING HIS GOD DAMN FOREHEAD. And I think the Pein body is Kushina if you look at the little head band you can see it looks diffrent from the Konoha headband but a circle, Uzu no Kuni's headband?

I think we've had enough rants about Sasuke/Kishimoto in this thread. It's getting old.

 

True, but you have to admit that Kishimoto has not remained consistent with his characters. You see all the characters finding short cuts to power, but Naruto has always paid for power with blood and pain. Still, that might just end up being the point of it all (some quality of Naruto's method of getting power which makes it better perhaps), in which case the manga might just climb out of the shit hole it crawled into a while back.

 

Yes, I freely admit that Kishimoto is inconsistent with his characters, Sasuke has far too many easy powerups, etc.

My point was just that it's getting really irritating hearing the constant repetition of the exact same criticisms over and over and over again.

No offense to Knox, but his post could be a copy/paste of at least a hundred other posts in this thread, albeit with slightly worse spelling.

Indeed. If you head over to Naruto Manga Returns on MSN, you'll see numerous threads on arguments between the Naruto and Saskue fans about which one is greater. Of course the fact that Saskue has all kinds of uber powers and is the golden emo boy makes the Saskue fans rather smug leaving the Naruto fans burning up with anger and (dare I say it) jealousy. So they flame the Saskue fan threads and burn Kishimoto effigies...and sometimes, I have to admit I feel like joining them. I dislike the idea he is putting forward that someone can make it in this world by being stupid.

 

Anyone else notice that Suigetsu seems to agree with the fandom? His inner monologue said that the Sharingan is getting way to rigged. So, I think this tells us that Kishimoto knows, but he doesn't give a shit.

 

Your talking about kishimoto who in the anime had naruto make fun of the overuse of the resengan.

 

So... the "eight tails" is some kind of freaky octopus? And will Naruto have warts by the end of the week? Will Madara show up while he's in Toadland? What's the point of writing this whole fight with the eight tails besides to show off the jewingan? Unless he kicks Sasuke's ass (wich I certainly wouldn't mind), I don't get it.

 

I'm hoping that the 8 tails messes Hawk up and Madara has to come in and finish the job. At the moment, I can tolerate Madara more than I can Sasuke. I just want to see Madara let loose.

 

I want to see him use all those freaking swords. And I really just don't want to see Sasuke look at him and he falls over dead. The fight better be epic, it's the freaking 8 tails, 2nd strongest to the Kyuubi.

 

Would you really be surprised if that happens? I won't be. Disappointed - very, but not surprised.

 

No it wouldn't suprise me considering who the Author is. I just don't want to see that, becuase if it did that would be the last straw with me and this Manga.

 

I was disappointed and very sad after the "fight" against Deidara,
after the fight against Itachi (if one can call this a real fight) I didn't know what to think only that it was very negative and now...
Nothing would surprise me, but that just shows how low my opinion about this is right now.

I fondly remember the fight against Haku where Sasuke got so soundly beaten, good times.

 

With the image of the 8-tailed jinchuuriki it seems like he can control up to 4-tails at least if the number of tentacles he's retracting into his body is anything to go by. I still remember the figh between 4-tailed kyuubi and Orochimaru. I'm hoping that the fight with Sasuke will be similar. We already know that he's going to win, but it'd be nice to see him have to sweat for that win.

I'm also wondering how Kishi is going to do Naruto's training arc. Will he actually show portions of the training or will it be another Naruto showing up at the gates of Konoha. And how long will he be training? Can they really shove all that training down his throat in like two weeks?

 

With the assistance of Hax Kage Bunshin no jutsu training he will probably cram a years worth of training into those two weeks.

 

Anyone else not getting their hopes up that Naruto will actually learn something useful...

 

I know what I'd do with Naruto's Kage Bunshin skills, won't mean that Naruto will though. Unfortunately.
