Just today when I got home Iv had a problem with my network:

If I go to darklordpotter.net for example it will take about 2 minutes to load up, but then after that I can go to any part of dlp.net at normal speed(under 2 secs). If I switch to a different site, google for example it will also take 2 minutes to load but after that it goes quickly..
Then if I go back to dlp.net it takes the 2 minutes load time again..

I had this problem back at Christmas also, my brother who was home at the time fixed it in about 3 minutes, I think it has something to do with dns.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

P.s Cant get in contact with brother anymore.
P.p.s My router homepage also has the 2 min

    Try typing

    ipconfig /flushdns

    in your command line.

Also clear out any cookies and whatnot your browser keeps...
Are you using Firefox? IE? Opera?

    *edit*
    Running Windows or something else?
