and if this trailer is new and legit then god help me for saying it but this might have actually been worth the wait. This looks motherfucking epic:awesome.

MW3, Skyrim and now this.

They're shipping out all the good titles before 2012.

 

I've always hated Duke Nukem. Sorry, but the idea of playing as some macho retard with big guns through a plot that consists of hunting for prostitutes and shooting walking pigs and aliens isn't all that appealing.

*hides*

But seriously, I loved this series. It gave me big guns, prositutes, walking-pigs and aliens. Grooooovy.

 

This is probably one of my single favorite game series of all time and it has been for years. Hell I even still have Duke Nukem for my N64. I love it for the fact that its a lot more honest than a lot of other game series, no idiotic attempts at a real storyline, no forced drama, no stupid puzzles, they know your just there to blow shit up with really big guns and hot women make that experience better.

 

Then you get the hidden rocket launcher at the start. Then start blowing pigs up.

I seriously want this for the lulz factor.

And then I want Shadow Warrior. The runner up in the epic genre known as action games with lulz. STICKY BOMBS LIKE YOU!

 

I honestly didn't care about this, until:

I was vaguely interested, largely due to "It's finally coming out?"...

Then I saw that you could rip of an enemy's head using his tusks. :awesome

 

My favorite bit was where it looked he was beating the shit out of a flag and then it backs up and you realize he's been collapsing the giant aliens scrotum "Right in the jewels."

I just fucking rolled xD.

 

I think I might be the only person that remembers the best quote from the original.

In the submarine level, you find a toilet that's got a giant turd in it. What does our legendary Duke come out with?

"Ahhh, the captain's log!"

I hope this does finally come out.

EDIT: Actually I think it might have been Lunar Apocalypse.

 

I never played the original game(s), and don't expect an awesome game from this, but it certainly seems like fun(ny), so I might just play it.

 

Mindless blowing shit up, and it pissed off enough people with the first version that rebel designers took attention and made their own versions of it in some way, and helped shape some of the best games made, so hell yeah I'll check it out
